Welcome to your home away from home! This stunning 4 bd/2 ba 5 minutes away from the Cardinals Stadium & Westgate Entertainment Center. Spacious rooms including an office set up with an extra twin size day bed. Entertaining backyard including a pool, dining area, & corn hole. Only minutes to Desert Mirage Golf Course, adjacent to the Grand Canal Trail and across from Heroes Park!!

- The pool is not heated.

The Ion Property Management team is available between 8:00am - 8:00pm MST for questions or concerns. Please contact us directly to inquire about better rates!

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property's grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

The property was nice and clean and in a quiet location. The manager was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely rent again!

The house was in a good Location and close to Glenwood. The pool wasn’t very clean and weeds in back yard. The house had everything you need and was in good shape.

Glendale Stay

We were in town for a couple of weeks working. Nice quiet neighborhood close to the stadium and retail. Easy access to anywhere we needed to go. House had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable.

Simply decorated well equipped house

This house was simply but adequately decorated, and very well equipped. There were plenty of items in the kitchen and we never wanting for anything. The house is tidy but as many others have mentioned in need of a good clean. The floors, while tile, are filthy, some small bits of trash on check in, but honestly the house was fine. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic business trip!

It was a wonderful visit to Phoenix. The house is very roomy and in an excellent location close to restaurants. Walking park across the street for evening stroll. So much better experience than staying in a hotel. It was like coming “ home” from work vs going to a high priced hotel. Love to come back another time. The pool could have been cleaner but weather still too chilly to use the pool so not a real problem for me. Thank you for a great week!

Getaway

I stayed for a short get away and warmer weather. The beds are super comfortable, the house was cleanish, found some hair in one shower and some of the walls could use a wipe. Nothing terrible. My one complaint was the WiFi never worked and could not get the tv to work. Wasn’t a big deal for me but had I had my kids with , it would not have been good. Overall a great place .

Close to State Farm Stadium

We walked to the football game. The house was nice and beds were comfortable. Pool water was freezing and smalller than picture on VRBO site. There weren’t any lounge chairs to lay outside. There either werent window coverings or they were see through curtains. It was comfortable and ok but I’ve stayed at better.

Great house and location

Great house. Didnt have to deal with much traffic wherever we went. The only issue we had is the burr weeds around the pool that our kids kept stepping on. Wished the weeds would have been cleaned up.

Great stay outside of Phoenix

We had a great stay at this home outsider of Phoenix. The house was bigger inside than we expected. A big kitchen and nice outside space to eat by the pool. Would recommend and stay here again.

Thank you for hosting us at your Glendale home! The location was fantastic! Easy to get around to several golf courses in the area and the lake and park was a great plus as everyone in our group was a runner or walker and enjoyed the many options for sidewalks to chose from in the area. The back yard was spacious and we spent every evening out there enjoying the seclusion!

Good Location Needs a Good Deep Cleaning

This property is easy to find and in a great locations. Check in was easy and the house had all the necessary supplies for a 4 night stay. The only recommendation I have is to give this property a really thorough deep clean. Base boards, walls, door jams, and doors need to be wiped down. Pot shelves and pictures need to be dusted. The rug in the front room should just be tossed because it is so dirty and stained you can’t really walk or sit on it without it getting your socks or shorts dirty. The floors through out the house should be steam cleaned to prevent the dirt from building up. The pool and back yard area was clean and neat, although the BBQ could be cleaned to prevent a fire when using it.

Great get away in Glendale AZ

Great location next to Cardinals stadium. Outdoor pool was perfect (they had floaties there no need to buy or bring any). The lighted gazebo gave a great ambiance in the evening. Lots of spices in the cupboards if you like to cook. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided along with hair dryer, leave your stuff at home less to pack. We had an incident with the sink and management was quick to respond and send someone over to fix the problem. The only thing that was different from the online information there is not a pool vacuum to worry about. They day we left the pool cleaning lady showed up. The pool was in great shape!

Lovely visit with family

I stayed at the property while visiting my aging parents. I was able to find a vacation rental just 2.5 miles down the road from my parents. I was perfect. The pool was nice. There were more than enough beach towels provided in the rental. I started my day with a swim every morning. The house was spacious enough for my brother and 2 sons. My parents came each day and played cards at the kitchen table. It was the perfect setup, space at the kitchen table and space in the living room to have long chats and catch up. We didn’t use the outdoor table and patio because of the heat. Phoenix temps were hot hot hot. Overall I enjoyed my trip and the rental property really made it all possible. My parents would come over every morning after they woke up. Having my own place to stay gave my parents space to do their thing and me space to wake up early and enjoy the sun rise. Everyone loved the rental and the pool. No complaints. Everything was great. My mom is already asking to do it again.

It was just....OK

We had a baseball tournament in the area and needed a place for the entire family...w/ a pool! This checked all the boxes and looked great online. We got in and my kids ran through the house and straight to the pool....but before they were able to get in we had to remove all the thorns that we picked up along the way! Thorns in the house, thorns on the patio, thorns in the pool! Once that was fixed (it took a day or 2), it was great. The house could use a deep clean...the walls and couches were a little dirty. Sitting at the table was dicey as some of the chairs were broken or breaking. Using the TV was complicated, but it usually is w/ home rentals. I'm always told that Glendale has great neighborhoods, I've just never found one...and this is not one. Not terrible, but not great. It was quiet tho. Overall we did have a nice time and enjoyed our stay.

Not What I Expected

First impression as you walk into the property was nice and spacious. Then we started noticing things. The pool area wasn’t clean. There was trash on the ground and the pool was dirty. We had to take out other people’s trash. There were holes in some of the bath towels. There were no batteries in the TV remote, so we couldn’t watch TV. The fan string was missing from one of the bedroom fans, so you couldn’t turn it on and then the room was hot. The floors were not mopped so our bare feet were dirty. There was a face print on the entrance window. The home is located next to a very busy street and the traffic kept me awake at night. I am a property owner and brought most of these things up with my contact person. I would not stay at this place again. Lastly, I understand that there needs to be a list of rules, but I’ve never stayed in a place that threatens so many fines for this or that. I couldn’t relax for fear of doing something wrong even though I wouldn’t. One of the rules was no eating or drinking in the bedrooms or you’ll be fined. Ridiculous.
