Nice location

It was a nice location and we enjoyed the pool at the clubhouse. Kitchen had what we needed. Cleaning wasn’t the best. Floors had dirt, patio door was smeared, etc. The smart TV’s in every room we’re very nice and easy to use.

Everything was great. Except for the feet stomping in the room above us. Other than that it was a beautiful room. They had everything you could think of and more.

Disappointed

When we arrived, the property had no been cleaned from the previous tenants and was a complete mess. I had to make several phone calls to get to anyone to report the fact it was filthy. Then after unpacking we all our items we had to wait for house keeping to show up to clean the unit. There was zero communication from the property owner that it was not ready for us and never received a message back after letting them know. After pulling out extra blankets to use from the closet we found yellow stains on them, we had to personally wash them. There was very little to no hot water which was extremely frustrating.The property was not left well stocked with toilet paper or laundry detergent. Point Royale is a nice property to stay at in a good location and we have stayed there before, just had issues with this particular unit. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of communication between the owner as well as VRBO when trying to report issues.

Condo problems

Great location. Had a mix up with forgetting to have the condo cleaned. We had to leave while they cleaned. There was a live spider in the master bed in the sheets! The toilet completely broke apart in the middle of the night. All in all it was a nice condo.

Great Condo

Great condo for the money. It was clean and well equipped for our stay. The only bad thing was noise from the upstairs neighbors.

Location ideal , condo had housekeeping and maintenance issues.

The location In pointe royale was very nice and convenient to everything . My issues was the condo itself was poorly cleaned on check in bathrooms not clean , food left in fridge There we’re ants in master bedroom that were on bedside tables and the bed throughout the week . There was also a very bad sewage/skunk type smell in master bathroom that lingered through out the entire condo. We never found source of odor. The place had nice furniture and was kitchen was stocked well. The master bed though is hard as a rock if you like that but me not so much. Overall I think if maintenance and housekeeping fix those issues the place would have been nice.
