This two bedroom/2 bathroom condo is beautiful! The location within the condo community could not be better, as it sits right next to the heated pool, hot tub and exercise room. You can watch the pool from your kitchen and patio! It is also ground level! No climbing stairs to get to this property.
The community is in a nice part of town. 2 minutes from the freeway, 2 minutes from endless restaurants, and if you are willing to travel 30 minutes, the entertainment never ends. You can enjoy hiking, baseball spring training, professional sports, golfing, zoo, indoor sky diving, museums, concerts, and great food! Make sure you visit Downtown Historic Gilbert!

The weather is great all year! Arizona awaits!

In town for baseball tournament

Just what we needed to stay by other families traveling on our team. Right next to the pool which was a must after game days to relax.

Steps from the Pool

We enjoyed our stay at the condo in Mesa. Just a few steps from the pool, however not as close to nearest parking lot which we didn’t mind too much because we like getting our steps in. Beds are super comfortable, however there are no screens on the bedroom windows and we wanted to enjoy the fresh night air without concern for bugs or thugs. Also, a slat from the 2nd bedroom was missing from the blinds. Overall, I give high marks and recommend giving it a try. We like the location.

Pool was nice

This rental wasn’t terrible. It does need some TLC. The blind in the bedroom had a piece broken so you could see from the outside in which kind of creeped me out. The blinds on the door to the porch were broken. The magazines and Arizona attractions information magazines were from 2021. There was no real garbage bags just ones for the bathrooms. The directions in the condo need major updating. It still talked about a lock box which there is not, it had the wrong Wi-Fi username password, no directions to where to bring the garbage. The condo was very hard to find in the dark when we arrived. Parking was horrendous. We ended up parking in the lot by the front entrance before the security gate and jumping over the cement wall because it was easier than finding a parking space in the parking area and walking a long ways to the condo. It has a lot of potential just needs some TLC. The beds were amazing. The pool was great.

Ideal Condo for Four

Great location, friendly people. This condo is close to the hot tub and heated pool. Interior was just as advertised. The bathrooms did include hair dryers that weren’t called out on the posting. Looked like bathrooms only included one set of towels, we didn’t realize until we did a load of laundry near the end our stay that the dryer was packed full of additional towels that hadn’t been folded and put away.We felt the kitchen should’ve included a salt and pepper shaker which it didn’t, but we left the ones we purchased.

Great condo, great location

Wonderful place to stay. Location was great, pool and rec room was perfect. Parking for it is a little tricky since its the one building in the complex that you can't pull directly up to. Other than that, it was awesome. Will be back again.

Good location to East Mesa

Nice to have two rooms both with ensuite. Cable TV would be nice addition to watch current sports or news. As Canadians we can no longer come South since US is declaring war on Canada. Unfortunate.

It was clean. Close to everything and very comfortable. My only complaint is the pool was freezing. It was supposed to be heated but definitely wasn’t. I heard another person say it had broke. But other then that it was wonderful.

The property was as advertised. The condo and facility was very clean and well cared for. It was quiet and perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute place but owners need to be more attentive.

Owners sent info that wasn't updated to get in and didn't respond until morning so that was a nightmare upon a tired late night arrival. All they said was sorry, no compensation. Condo is cute and remodeled. But this condo is priced quite a bit higher than most in this complex and they have a closet door off the track and just leaning against the wall, a safety hazard, it could fall on someone! Also have blinds broken and missing slats on patio door. These aren't that hard to repair/replace and should not be ignored when they are charging around $230 a night! And a previous renter mentioned the same thing and I thought it would be fixed upon arrival but was not. Also, even though they charge you a steep cleaning fee, you are expected to start laundry before you check out. Ok, please don't ignore your rental, fix the repairs needed and don't expect tenants to wash bedding for you when you charge a cleaning fee over $200.

Not suitable for us

To sum it up, the property owners do not believe in the concept of "Be your guests". Parking: Property information says "difficult to find parking" but that is not entirely correct...it is horrendous. There are no handicapped spots and VERY FEW "guest" spots. Condo complex is huge and we had to walk a ways from where we parked to the condo. Had to take Lyft a few times because we did not want to risk losing our "guest spot" once we found one. Bathrooms: no rugs, shower/tub has no grips on the surface and are slippery w/nothing to hang on to when getting out of the shower...only one towel rack which is insufficient and no hooks on walls to hang clothing. Illumination in bedrooms: two lamps, one an office style lamp, in one bedroom but only one had a working bulb. The second bedroom had three lamps but only one had light bulb. No bulbs stored in the condo. Kitchen: well stocked but take your own coffee pods, paper napkins, towels. Refrigerator still had food from former tenent...6 pack of beer, orange juice, milk, soda and cheese. Laundry: one of the doors is off its track and there is no light in the small space. I sent an email to the property owner when we arrived but we are back home now and have yet to hear back from them.

Easy to get to!

Terrific location from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway . Condo and complex were super clean and well maintained. Safeways across street plus several restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to downtown Gilbert. ( fun area to explore)

Very nice condo

Great condo, great pool/hot tub right outside the door, very nice landscaping and great location. Grocery store super close which was helpful. Two very good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. I highly recommend this property!
