Cette maison se trouve dans une communauté fermée au sein de la communauté de golf Augusta Ranch. C'est une maison complète qui comprend deux chambres et une tanière. Lit king size en master et Queen size dans la deuxième chambre. Deux salles de bain complètes. Cuisine et salon. Patio et cour arrière clôturée qui a tout le mobilier nécessaire pour se détendre. Piscine communautaire et bain à remous. Dans le garage, vous trouverez des jouets pour la piscine, trois VTT, des clubs de golf et d’autres équipements sportifs. Machine à laver et sèche-linge disponible. Parking dans l'allée. Sèche-cheveux, fer à lisser, fer et planche à repasser. Wifi et smart tv. À proximité des épiceries, des restaurants, des pubs et des chaînes de restauration rapide. Des terrains de golf partout. Près de Superstition Mountain qui sont pleins de sentiers de randonnée et de deux lacs différents à explorer.

Spacious home in a great location

Can’t say enough good things about this property. The check in was smooth, any question with the host was answered promptly, and the location was central to easily visit several hiking trails and sites. If we are ever back in the area, definitely plan on staying there again!

Great Stay!

The property is clean and well equipped. Everything provided works as it should. The community pool area is nice. The hot tub is great but the pool is not heated.The surrounding area is convenient with an executive golf course and a few options for restaurants.

Nice clean unit in safe clean gated community. Nice neighborhood walking distance to shopping and grocery store. Easy access to the 60 and 202. Would stay again. Pool not heated but hot tub was great. Great contact with propert managers

Beautiful home, well stocked, great communication!

This is a beautiful, clean house with a very inviting living room and well stocked kitchen. Nice size master bedroom with large bathroom. (Beds are very comfortable) 2nd bedroom by the open den, with 2nd tv is a nice size. Love the washer and dryer, you can bring less with you! Communication was quick & helpful. Check in & out process easy. Many books, movies & 2 mountain bikes to use.

Very nice place

Everything was great. Just know that if you are allowed to have a dog, bring some turf because there is no grass area; it’s all rocks and my little dog could not go on them because they hurt his feet. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

Just the right size for the four of us. Comfortable and well equipped. Friends said the front bedroom bed made squeeks/noise every time you moved :-(

Very Nice

This was a great place to enjoy Phoenix area. Although the weather was a little on the chilly side and there were some cloudy days, we still got plenty of use out of the hot tub a couple cool nights were spent by the fire "thing" which was nice. The house had everything we needed and then some. There was one issue that was nobody's fault that was very quickly remedied by the owners. I would highly recommend this place. Unfortunately we decided to get a three bedroom spot next year but would so book this place again if we didn't need that. Great location. The golf course nearby was a hit with our boys when they came to visit. Thanks for a great month!

We would not recommend this property!

The house was clean, except the master bedroom carpet was filthy with what we believe to be dog stains. The property was advertised with a community pool and jacuzzi. The first time we went to use the pool area, the key fob gate control was broken. My husband climbed over the fence and hurt himself in-order to open the gate to the pool/jacuzzi area. We kept the gate up with a rock. The pool was so cold I couldn’t even get in. The jacuzzi was not working and was very dirty. Also the patio area of the home had old rusty wrought iron tables and chairs laying around and the back yard was not cleaned up. We also experienced noise from the neighbors behind the block fence after 10pm.

Adequate for the price

The check in process should have been easy, since there was a lockbox with a key inside, and we had the code to get the key, but when we arrived, there was a man and woman inside who are "caretakers" of the condo, since the owner lives in Canada. We didn't appreciate that they were in the home when we arrived. I feel that this was unnecessary. They claimed that they just wanted to make sure everything was ok in the home before we arrived, but they could have stopped by earlier in the day and left. Also, since it appears the owner lives there during the winter months, there was too much of the owner's clutter about the condo. The condo was ok, but the bedding and towels were not the best, they were old with some stains visible. The blinds on the french doors leading to the backyard were broken, and some of the slats were missing, so anyone who got into the backyard could see inside. Plus, the neighborhood was a little sketchy. We also could not get into the pool area using the fob that was left for us to use. This property is OK if you are not going to be there too much during your stay. I did find the bed comforatable.

Great showers

The showers are really good and the beds are comfy.They are generous with supplies which is helpful. There is plenty of seating in the living area. I personally loved the covered porch.
