Notre condo de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain est situé dans la communauté de style resort de Solana à la frontière de Gilbert et Mesa dans le sud ensoleillé de l’Arizona! L'emplacement est parfait avec un accès facile à l'autoroute US 60 à un pâté de maison. Le centre Banner Cancer est juste à côté, ce qui en fait un lieu de séjour idéal pour les membres de la famille qui doivent se trouver à proximité pour les traitements des patients. Avec de nombreuses options de restauration à distance de marche et de nombreux autres à un court trajet en voiture. Si vous prenez l'avion, l'aéroport de Mesa-Gateway est à seulement 15 minutes et le port Phoenix Sky à 25 minutes. Si vous préférez la nature, les montagnes de la Superstition, le parc Usery et le parc régional de San Tan sont accessibles en 30 à 45 minutes de route pour faire de la randonnée ou du tourisme. Si vous visitez pour la formation de printemps, ce condo est à seulement 20 minutes de l'installation de Cubs.

Great Stay

The apartment is exactly as described. It was well stocked with everything that we needed. The area was wonderful and I felt very safe. We lives having the green space and playground to play. You can not beat the sunsets from the balcony. Would definitely stay again!

Another great getaway

The property is a perfect place to stay with a family. The condo is spacious and very close to the pool. The parking is covered and the area is secured. It is very closely located to amenities in the area and there is easy access to the freeway. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again!

Great location, nice main pool

This is a great little property. Steps are a bit, but now problem for us. Biggest plus is this properties main pool and its location. The pool nearest to the condo was not accessible for our entire stay- This was actually very disappointing as I like to just read by the pool. Hosts were great to deal with, but no compensation given for the pool that was not able to be used. The main pool was a 0.22 mile walk- just making it difficult to run back to the condo. We would stay here again.

Review

It was a little dated, but I expected that due to pricing. As far as the place it was good, the cleaning crew may be getting a little comfortable. There were some issues I let the property manager know, hopefully those will be taken care of for the next person. I would stay there again it is a nice and comfortable place.

Great location, Clean and comfortable

Loved my time here. I didn’t have a chance to use the pool as I was with someone in the hospital all day long. Property is located directly behind Banner Gateway Medical Center. Easy access, plenty of parking. Room was comfortable and everything I needed was right there. Property manager was accommodating and very prompt in getting back with me every time I had a question or needed anything. I would definitely recommend staying here. If I ever need to be in the area for an extended period I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a easy and comfortable stay, it meant a lot to me during a stressful time at the hospital! -Rachel

Great place but with minor problems

Upon entering the property, we discovered that the bath tub had been left full of water and the dishwasher had a glass in it that had turned upward holding water which had fowled. One of the burners on the stove (left front) also did not work. Overall, we had a great time.

Condo Living

Location good with nice view of pool and green space from balcony. Communication with host easy with quick responses. Well stocked with toiletries and other supplies. Comfortable beds and nice clean bathrooms with great showers. Appreciated covered parking during hot weather. All appliances worked well with no issues with any mechanics. The only disappointment was the decor was dated. Everything could use a refresh and the vents may need cleaning. I started sneezing every time the fan kicked on. We stayed several weeks and were very comfortable in our home away from home.

Excellent location for hiking

Nice laid back community and clean pools. Condo had everything we needed and extra supplies was very accommodating. The ice chest and ice blocks were very nice to be able to pack a lunch. We gave 4stars for check in because we also had problems with getting into the condo at 4 pm with the code as other people have mentioned. Called all numbers I could find and left a message but no one got back to us till 11:30 pm. But were able to get in with constant trying code for 1/2 hr to 45 min. Overall it was a great place to stay and would return. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

We booked this property based on location and amenities. The location was perfect! The pool that was supposed to be heated had been broken for several weeks which was a huge upset. With a family traveling With small children from MN, the pool was a must! Sadly, I asked prior to booking about this specifically and was told that yes, the pool would be heated. Also would have been good to know you are locked in the pool area if you do not have your key! Communication was good with the property manager, however there was no offer to reimburse us at all after discussion of the pool let down. Tenants in the complex were very nice.

Thanksgiving Stay

Perfect for the kids!

This is a beautiful gated community and met all our traveling needs. The property was well kept and the pool maintainer was out every day cleaning and checking the equipment. Our second floor balcony had a beautiful view of the grounds and the pool. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed for our stay. There were board games available for indoor entertainment as well. Definitely recommend this property for those traveling with kids and family.

Perfect place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, it is close to freeway on/off-ramp close to everything. Owners are great & very accommodating. Quiet & friendly neighborhood, I would highly recommend staying here.
