4th FLOOR PENTHOUSE This fabulous 3 bedroom 3 bath condo located in the Residences of Lighthouse Cove. The premier building in Dewey Beach. Only a block away from the ocean and located on the bay with a wonderful sandy beach. There is high speed Wi-Fi and HD TVS in all three bedrooms plus the living room. The owners suite has a king bed and upscale private bath. There is a Queen bedroom with a private bath and lastly a bunkbed room with 2 bunk beds and 1 single, which also has access to a separate full bathroom. Plenty of room for all the kids and their friends. Lots of room for outside dining on the roof top deck that over looks the pool and bay. There is a beautiful kitchen, that is fully equipped to enjoy your meals at home with island/peninsula with seating. There is a laundry room within the condo. There is a large open living area, with a pull out sofa and another sofa plus chairs. The dining area includes dining table with seating for 6. Outside dining table on the Veranda too. The condo is on the fourth floor veranda directly outside your patio doors.

There are amenities that include the indoor saltwater pool and fitness room.
There is an outdoor heated pool overlooking the Rehoboth Bay. There are 4 communal propane grills. There will also be 4 firepits. 2 firepits on the 4th floor veranda and 2 firepits on the second floor. Relax and enjoy the sunset on the Rehoboth Bay beach just steps outside your door. The Residences are located a little more than a block to the ocean.

The entire Residences complex is non smoking. Including the pool and parking garage.

Perfection in Dewey Beach

My family along with my parents stayed during the week in August. We were all very impressed with the condo and amenities. Beautiful sunsets on the bay, easy beach access across the street, and a lovely pool. The condo itself is nicer than the photos, very clean and well maintained. Has everything you need to relax at the beach. Host was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Would absolutely book again!

Clean spacious condo

Our family had a great stay in dewey. Clean and very convenient location. A little hiccup in the beginning on amenities and pet friendly. The manager clarified and was accommodating. I would update listing to no pets for future renters. Thank you again

Beautiful Place

We went for a quick weekend getaway and some much needed rest. This is the place! The condo was beautiful and with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, we each had our “own” space. The kitchen was great, had everything you may need. I just wish we had known they had a Keurig. We brought the wrong size filters for the coffee maker(uses cone size). We could walk to all the nice bars and restaurants. It was nice we were on the bay but could walk a block to the beach! It was just perfect. We also enjoyed the rooftop with tables. We couldn’t get the fire pit to work, but it was a warm evening, so we didn’t bother trying calling someone. Overall, I highly recommend this place, might be a little pricey, but if you can splurge, we’ll worth it!

Awesome rooftop unit.

The unit is beautiful and spacious. The rooftop outdoor area is great and we loved to use the fire pit. The negatives are that there is absolutely no food storage cabinets so all dry goods had to be placed on the countertops and the flooring really needs to be cleaned as crawling infant had black knees and feet. The bunk room online shows two bunk beds and a single bed. In reality there was a bunk bed with a trundle and a single bed.

Overall, a good vacation

Property was very clean and well furnished. The indoor pool was listed as a feature but was only for hotel guests. Access to bay side beach very difficult as pool closes early and does not open until 10 am.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was located in a great area. It is spacious, beautifully decorated & has everything you need. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Would love to come back!!!

Perfect Weekend

We just returned from a girls weekend at Robin and Linda’s place and it was perfect. From the great location near multiple bars and restaurants to the extensive outdoor space and proximity to the pool, we couldn’t have been more pleased. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and communication was a breeze. I’ve been staying in the Dewey Beach area for years but this property was far and away my favorite. A few friends are now Dewey (specifically Residences at the Hyatt) converts. Thanks so much for a great place to stay!

Great condo and location

The condo was clean and in a great location. It was very private on the balcony that we shared with only 2 other families. The fire pit was open for us nightly and we felt like we had the whole large deck to ourselves. The pool was clean, easily accessible and the beach was across the street. We will return!
