Cette maison a été fraßchement décorée en mai pour sa saison de location. Situé dans une rue centrale de Dewey, vous vous retrouverez à distance de la plupart des choses de la ville. Pas besoin de déplacer votre voiture!

Vous ĂȘtes idĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  1 pĂątĂ© de maisons de la plage! Ceci est facilement accessible Ă  ceux qui ne peuvent pas monter de nombreux escaliers (c'est une maison de style ranch). La maison est divisĂ©e en 2 diffĂ©rents deux chambres, 1 BA et 1 coin cuisine dans une seule maison pour un total de 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec 2 cuisines. Cela rend la vie plus facile lorsqu'il y a plusieurs familles ou un groupe plus important qui pourraient vraiment utiliser 2 rĂ©frigĂ©rateurs. Le parking peut accueillir de 3 Ă  5 voitures. Il y a 1 douche extĂ©rieure et un grand espace extĂ©rieur pour les grillades. La zone comprend la collection Chesapeake des meubles d'extĂ©rieur de Potterybarn avec une table pleine grandeur, un canapĂ© en «L» et une causeuse. Location can't be beat but beware of parking tickets!

Pros: The location truly can't be beat. 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from Starboard, made for some very convenient days and very fun nights! Also amazing price for being able to accommodate up to 14 people. Having access to 2 bathrooms and 2 full kitchens was also perfect.Cons: We did get 2 parking tickets despite clarification from the host about where to park. Some locals told us that Dewey is notorious for aggressive ticketing, so more thorough and transparent communication in advance would have been helpful. The listing states that it accommodates 5 cars, which we had, so we did not think to ask in advance of where exactly to park to prevent issues.Overall, I would recommend this listing for the amazing location!

Host Maria was amazing! Outstanding communication even late night. Property was amazing for the families, kids loved the place and we enjoyed how close it was to the beach. Also it was very family friendly for a families with infants. Will rent again!

Great location, great owner!

Great set up when traveling with a couple of families as each unit has a kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Joining doors allow you to connect the 2 units and also offers privacy when needed. Maria the owner was awesome. She was very informative and helped us to manuvere the weekend as we didn't realize it was the Dewey goes Pink walk. She even offered us a parking spot at another property so that we would have access to our car that Saturday.

It was very clean and convenient five minutes walk from the beach and major restaurant and shops.

The place was clean , so was the kitchen, ample pots pans and utensils, parking was easy, there was a comfortable back you to relax and barbecue, the neighbors trash was a nuisance which gave a bad oder which was unpleasant when we ate outside. WI-FI was fine, we used our own linen, toilet paper and detergent, vacuum cleaner was hopeless so we swept too hot water and water pressure was fine.

Comfortable for a group of teenagers atbhe beach for a long weekend.

We rented 2 units- top and bottom. The units sit behind another rental so it is land locked which was a little odd. The top unit was newly renovated, clean and well appointed. The bottom unit had an odd layout, somewhat disjointed. Also clean but on the darker side. The wifi only worked in the main room in top unit and did not work at all in bottom unit. There was a laundry room which was helpful and the owner was responsive to texts. I would recommend this for younger people. Since there are steps and a loft bedroom in top unit. We were there with 8 teenagers so it worked well for our needs. A clothes line or hooks to hang beach towels would be a necessary addition to the units. Overall a fun and comfortable 4 days and convenient to the beach and restaurants of Dewey.

Perfect for a Family Get Away

Honestly, I'd really like to give this a 4 1/2 stars. The house was perfect for a family and friends get away. We were there for 3 nights with up to 12 people. You have to be willing to do some bed sharing and the twin beds were a bit too small for our 6 ft high school and college boys. There are two sides to the house with a door between. The two sides mirror each other with a kitchen, full bath and two bedrooms on each side. That allowed us to cook between the two kitchens. There is a cute outside area (pictures make it look private but it is actually designed like a court so the houses in back can use it), but we had a nice time grilling and sitting at the table that actually was big enough for all 12 of us to sit around it. The sitting/tv area was small and we could only fit a few people there at a time. I generally go with places right on the beach because I don't like to walk down the street to the beach. However, the Dewey Beach blocks are very short, so although it was on the far side of the highway which you had to cross to get to the beach block, it was a very short walk. We had no problem walking back and forth. The only two challenges, 1) was the communication to get the entrance information to get into the house. I missed the instructions that were sent to me, and the owner got a little annoyed at my husband when we called to figure out how to get in. 2) you have to strip the beds and remake them with the clean sheets delivered by the owner to avoid a cleaning fee. The beds were very difficult to make because they were pushed against the walls and there were bunk beds. That was a small price to pay, though, given the reasonable price of the place. As the mothers of the two other families said, "this place is really clean and maintained." If one were comparing it to a hotel brand, I would say it is a Hampton Inn. It worked well for our families with older children and it would work particularly well for families with younger children.

A large group of colleagues and friends of mine stayed at this property. It was exactly as advertised and it was the perfect location for a long weekend in Dewey. Everything was as advertised and it was able to fit everyone without any issues.

The homes were very cute, clean, and spacious enough for twelve girls. Maria was great when needed to speak about parking and responded throughout the process about payment and any questions we had.The property was also in walking distance to the bars, beach, and harbor where we took a cruise. Would absolutely use Maria and her properties again!

We had a group of 11 girls for a bachelorette celebration and loved the house/location! So clean, easy to walk to the beach and bars/restaurants, and a great setup for breakfasts at the house and enough beds for all! Maria was extremely responsive and helpful!

This is 2 units, each with 2 bedrooms, a bath, kitchen and living area in one house. It also has a nice outdoor gathering place. It worked out well to have the baby take a nap and still have a place for the kids.
