Nous ne louons pas trois nuits pour un week-end de vacances. Un minimum de 5 nuits est requis.

Réveillez-vous une vue imprenable sur l'océan! Tous les trois niveaux ont vue sur l'océan.
La chambre principale, avec sa propre plate-forme, a une vue incroyable sur
l'océan. (La première photo a été prise à partir de cette plate-forme) Deux
chambres se partagent une salle de bain sur le premier niveau. Une chambre a une reine
lit de taille et une télévision à écran plat accrochée au câble. L’autre chambre a un niveau inférieur
un lit double avec lits superposés et une télévision à écran plat accrochée au câble. Le 2ème niveau comprend la salle de séjour, salle à manger, cuisine et salle d'eau. Le salon dispose d'une Smart TV 47 "avec câble et DVD. Il y a environ 250 DVD pour les jours de pluie.
Pour ceux qui ont besoin de travailler un peu, Internet haute vitesse sans fil est disponible. Meubles est constamment mis à jour et la maison est soigné. Deux chambres, chacune avec leur propre salle de bain, sont au dernier étage. Le maître comporte un
lit king-size et Smart TV 47 "relié au câble. Le second
chambre à l'étage a sa propre salle de bain, deux lits jumeaux et une télévision accrochée au câble. Il y a cinq ponts, il est donc facile de se détendre avec un livre. La plage est à moins
de 50 yards loin. C’est une petite communauté tranquille de 14 maisons en rangée où vous pourrez passer du temps au calme ou marcher à un pâté de maisons de la vie nocturne de la plage de Dewey.
La peinture est faite à chaque saison. Deux pompes à chaleur, un chauffe-eau, une cuisinière, un lave-vaisselle et une moquette dans une chambre au premier étage étaient toutes neuves en 2013. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une télévision à écran plat. Le niveau principal a laveuse à chargement frontal et sécheuse.
Trash et le recyclage sont collectées chaque deux fois par semaine de sorte que la zone commune reste propre.

Les locations sont du samedi au samedi. Nous ne louons pas trois nuits pour un week-end de vacances. Un minimum de 5 nuits est requis. Nous pouvons ne pas accepter les locations de vacances à partir du vendredi car cela prive d'une autre semaine de location.

Great property

We had a great stay at this beach property. A short walk to the beach (not even half of an block) and the house was fully equipped for us to use for the week. Highly recommend and will come back again.

Beach stay

We had a wonderful time at this house. The porches were awesome for eating outside and seeing the ocean. Neighborhood was quiet. The location is feet away from the beach, which made coming home for lunch easy. We will definitely be back!!

Dewey Beach Vacay

Our family of four had a great week long vacation at Chris’ townhome. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The meals we didn’t eat out we enjoyed on the shady second porch. The board games were a hit for the one rainy morning we had. The outdoor shower was perfect to use after a day at the beach.

Great Spot!

Townhouse was in a perfect location...both elderly mother and tweens could walk back and forth from the beach easily. Also, we could walk everywhere for dinner, snacks, shops, etc... Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Chris was very accessible and responded to questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again!

A stone's throw from the beach!

This condo is wonderful. It was impeccably taken care of and had wonderful amenities. It should be listed as beach front...no, it is not, but it's a 1-minute walk to the beach and water. And then it's a 1-minute walk to the main boulevard with bars, restaurants, etc. We could not have been happier. Highly recommended!

Love The Perch by Try Another Townhome w/less Junk

The Perch is in a great location and we will definitely be back...but not to this particular town home. Closets were filled with junk, some of the closets were not usable due to the junk, walls need painted, outside steps are in need of repair, vertical blinds were cheap and broke easily, shower heads need replaced (one bathroom shower could not be used due to low water pressure/poor shower head). This is our 15th year at Dewey Beach and we finally decided to upgrade. Boy were we in for a surprise! Definitely a downgrade from our previous beach home! For the amount of money we paid, we expected a lot more.

Brilliant location

This property was so close to the beach - close enough to walk back if you forgot something, wanted lunch or needed to use the restroom. It’s also a prime location for walking to all local restaurants. The deck was great for hanging out after dinner (although the neighbors were awfully close) and the inside had comfortable furnishings. The layout was great for two separate families, with two bedrooms on floor 1 and two more on floor 3. The bottom floor deck was also really convenient gif dropping beach accessories at the end of the day as well as the outdoor shower. Excellent spot and would recommend!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot!

This could not have been a more perfect house!! We had family come in from all over the country to celebrate my 75th birthday and everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms had plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our family. We rented the linens and towels from a local company, and drop off / pick up was a simple process. The house was pre-stocked with so many other amenities and kitchen supplies. I think the only thing that wasn't there was a dish sponge, which we purchased and left behind a couple new ones along with extra supplies to replace other items we used. This house is situated literally steps from the beach, with a beautiful view of the beach from the top couple levels. We also found it fun to be near the lifeguard hub, which not only felt safe, but was cool to watch their intense training every morning! There are tons of great restaurants within walking distance - the only time we moved our car was to go to the grocery store (a quick drive) and the couple times we went over to the Rehoboth Boardwalk area (also a quick drive). Everyone was so friendly in the area - we put up our pop-up tent for the day on the beach and came and went throughout. The house has tons of beach chairs and sand toys that came in very handy for us. Chris was quick to respond to any questions we had and a fantastic host! We took advantage of the many games that were provided in the house and had some fun evenings playing those. :) Would definitely recommend, 10/10 and would love to come back again!!

Great location - walkable to everything and close to the beach

We had a great time! The location was walkable to everything -- restaurants/bars, shops, and the beach -- and made it easy to run back up to the house whenever necessary. Check-in was quick and simple and host provided details ahead of time and was quick to respond to any inquiry. This was our first trip to Dewey and it won't be our last!

Great location and beautiful view

We rented the beach house for a long weekend and loved staying there. The house is just steps from the ocean and you can see the beach and ocean from the second and third floor balconies. The house has lots of rooms, bathrooms, tvs and games to make the stay enjoyable. We enjoyed watching TV and spreading out in the house. The large couch in the living room was comfortable. The host was very good at communicating and was accommodating. Would love to come back again in the summer.

Spacious Beach Block Townhome

Great beach house!

Wonderful townhouse in a perfect location!! Right on the beach and an easy walk to all restaurants and stores. Beds are very comfortable and there is very easy parking for 2 cars right on front. We all loved it here and would definitely come back!!

Perfect Beach Vacation

Amazing townhouse perfect for 2 families, with shared living space on the middle floor. Steps to the beach, including a private beach access thru the dunes. Walkable to all the Dewey shops, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main thoroughfare. Great communication with the owner!

Dewey Beach stay July 2021

This is a great location. Well stocked with all necessities. Very short walk to the beach and to local restaurants. Great spot for biking into Rehoboth. Only a short drive to the boardwalk activities and food. The neighborhood is surprisingly very quiet considering all the near by bars with live entertainment. Mini golf is short drives away. Same with a big water park that the kids loved. Our only suggestion would be a deep clean from time to time. When we came dishes still had dried food on them and silverware drawer was quite grimy. We found seeds in the bed and food on the floor. One suggestions we have for people with little ones is to bring a gate since the stairway into the home is rather steep and all hard steps. We put one up and then blocked the area with a large cooler. Did the trick with our climbing 2 year old. Overall we loved it, had a great time, and would recommend the place to someone. Thanks!

Great location, wonderful home; owners thought of everything!

The location cannot be better! We stayed in another home in the Perch development last year and jumped at the chance to rent this one when it was available. Incredible beach views from each of the back decks, you can hear the waves! The parking lot keeps the home set back from some of the street noise and having the private beach path is so convenient and safe - we felt comfortable letting the older kids run back and forth to the house for bathroom/snack breaks without having to pack everything and everyone up each time. The coded front door was also a convenient and secure feature. The house is in nice condition and the layout was perfect for our group. I wish more homes had the mix of King, queen, twins, and bunk. It met the needs of our adults, teens, and tweens. This house was by far, the most stocked of any one we have stayed in before. Plenty of dishes, glassware, utensils, and sooooo many pots/pans and other cooking items. We have a list of 'must haves' from over the years that we usually bring...didn't need them for this property, they had it all! We also usually bring our own pillows and blankets but appreciated that each closet has extras since someone always manages to forget! The kids were thrilled about all the games and movies available. The owners even had a drawer with matches and candles for any birthday celebration that may come up...they really thought of everything you could need! We had an amazing week-long stay and, if the timing / group make-up works in the future, we would love to rent this home again in the future!!!

My family grew up going to Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. My first trip to the beach was when I was one year old. I always wanted to have a place at the beach and when I had the opportunity I looked for the right property. I looked in Rehoboth, Dewey, and Bethany. There was no doubt that #10 The Perch was the right house. It is so close to the beach and a short walk to everything in town. When we go to Rehoboth, it is a short bike ride or a nice leisurely walk. We love the location and the layout of the house. It is work, as every house is, but is a labor of love. We tackle projects every off-season making improvements every year. We hope you enjoy our home and its location as much as we do.
