Bienvenue dans notre charmant refuge. Vous avez toutes les commodités de la maison à quelques pas de la plage ainsi que la possibilité de marcher jusqu'aux célèbres restaurants et vie nocturne de Dewey Beach. Ce chalet de 3 chambres et 1-1 / 2 salles de bain a une douche extérieure, une véranda, un patio extérieur, un grill, l'air central, Internet haute vitesse, la télévision par câble, deux télévisions à écran plat et une cuisine complète. C'est un environnement adapté aux chiens avec 2 parcours pour chiens. Tout cela est entouré de beaux jardins et d'une clôture privée de six pieds de haut.

I had planned this trip a year in advance as I wanted a true east coast beach vacation - coming from California- and nothing disappointed! The house is adorable and in the best location - right on the beach block. Everything you need is in walking distance. And the outdoor shower was the icing on the cake! The house is so well stocked and we grilled and it was so nice to eat on the screened in porch. The water was warm and the sand so soft. Cannot wait to come back. Thanks Bernie and Sue!

This is one of many stays at this cottage, and as always, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. The owners are very responsive. The unit is clean and has everything you need for a great stay.

Great location for happy pups!

We enjoyed our time in Dewey Beach because of this super-clean house and great location. Pups were happy because we were off the main road with less distractions, but still close to the beach and main drive. We spent a lot of time hiking and biking, and this was a great takeoff point to parks and trails in the area- plus we were within walking distance to a lot of restaurant options.

Very nice dog friendly property and well kept! Very close to beach, spacious screened in porch and gorgeous landscaping and outdoor shower. Main bathroom shower on the small side and got unlucky with the loud renters in the property in front of us all week and their smoking so unfortunately didn't get to enjoy the outdoor space but not a reflection on this beautiful and homey rental that's close to everything Dewey has to offer.

This was our 4th stay at Bernie & Sue’s place and we love it more and more with each stay. The location is perfect, the house is lovely, and the hosts are exceptional. We’ll be back!

I can’t speak highly enough about our stay here! The location is perfect, close to the beach and nightlife. I was a little nervous about the potential noise level at night but it honestly felt so secluded and quiet. Sitting out on the back porch was a highlight, the fan creates a lovely breeze even in the heat. The outdoor shower was absolutely incredible, so roomy and with a rain showerhead so we were all fighting over it after the beach. We loved how cozy and comfortable the cottage was, it was perfect for my family to catch up together while also not fighting for space in the kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was perfectly clean and the decor was also so cute. We only had to communicate with the owners once, to ask how to open the outdoor shower, and they answered immediately. We all decided we want to come back when we can!

All around great getaway

Right in the heart of Dewey, but a private slice of heaven!!! With all the amenities… outdoor shower was awesome!!! Super clean, great communication with owners, easy pessy check in process…. Life long memories made!!!! Would recommend highly!!

Winter beach getaway.

Nothin better than beach walking when it is freezing out. Perfect reset from this miserable winter weather. Hiked cape henlopen and had some awesome meals out.

Perfect Hideaway!

Cute property, super clean, nice outdoor area. Loved how walkable everything was! Had a slight issue with the keypad, but owner was very helpful. Great stay! Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Secluded Cottage

My sister, her husband and a friend stayedfrom March 18th to March21st. 2025. The cottage was just perfect for all four of us and our two dogs. The screened in porch was the best to sit and relax. The completely fenced in yard was ideal for the dogs. A very clean, well stocked cottage. We will definitely go back.Barb

Delaware house hunting trip

The pet friendly house was everything the web site stated. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked and bed was comfortable. The photos showed the place perfectly. The brewery next door was very quiet. Location was easy for us to get to Milton for house hunting. In the summer the front porch would be great to use and also great for large groups. Would stay there again. Highly recommend for other people.

Charming beach house

Return trip this October to this charming, well-stocked beach house. Great location and pet-friendly. One criticism, inside shower is very tight/small for older people.

Sue and I live in Delaware now and have been visiting the Rehoboth/Dewey area for several years and decided to purchase a vacation home here. When we found this property, we fell in love with it. The proximity to the beach, restaurants , and nightlife make this an ideal fit for our family.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! This beautiful cottage is located steps from the beach and blocks from restaurants, shopping and nightlife. And yet you can get easily get away from it all once you step inside the secluded setting. You have the convenience of two off street parking spots.

We fell in love with the coziness of this home with the convenience of the location and closeness to the restaurants and nightlife in Dewey, and the Rehoboth boardwalk.
