Belle unité Dewey Townhouse End pet-friendly au coeur de Dewey Beach. Parfait pour les familles! Surplombe la baie et un bloc à la plage, activités, restaurants et magasins. Marchez partout! Trois chambres à coucher, 2. 5 salles de bains, douche extérieure 3 ponts. Nouvelle cuisine mise à jour, des comptoirs en granit, appareils en acier inoxydable, laveuse, sécheuse, wifi, Direct TV, AC. Serviettes de bain, chaises de plage incluses. charbon extérieure

What a way to spend a vacation! The house is beautiful, clean and in a fantastic location. Kelly is very responsive and a wonderful host. Highly recommend everything!

Great Condo!!! Everything we were looking for to relax and have fun!! All the comforts of home are included Perfect location between ocean and bay. Condo is Super clean with plenty of bed space, the large area on main floor with balcony is so relaxing. Kellyann is very quick to respond to any questions and/or requests!! I would definitely book again

Great spot to stay

The property is nice and close to everything in Dewey. Just were great and checked in regularly. Property looks exactly like listing. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely worth checking the property out.

We stayed here for a Sunday-Wednesday trip. Our group was two couples with one 5 year old, two 2 year olds and an infant. We found the place to be exactly we needed. The rooms fit both families comfortably, with both two year olds having their own bedrooms and easily fit a pack and play/crib. The place was very kid friendly as well and “safe” for them to explore. The location is very nice, a 5 minute walk to the beach and of course a 3 minute walk to any of the hot spots. Check in was seamless and Kelly let us in an hour early, which is appreciated with little ones. Check out was great too. Kelly let us know we could stay until 5 if we wanted to, which made a huge difference in our day…we were able to go to the Starboard for breakfast and then were able to go back to the beach for an hour before leaving, and those things made a huge difference before a 6.5 hour drive home with little ones. For two families with younger kids this place is a dream. The cost is reasonable, location great and owners are wonderful to deal with. I would definitely rent this place again!

Great place to stay in Dewey

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect, center of Dewey. We had a large group and 2 dogs. Owner was beyond accomodating, she went way beyond to help us out. Can't thank her enough for a wonderful stay.

Great place. One bedroom had bed on stilts and was unusable for us. Recommend clearing much of owners’ stuff so there is more room for guest items.

Great weekend

This house was perfect for our family weekend - great location, well supplied, super comfortable. It was just as described in the listing. We particularly appreciated the availability of beach equipment, even beach towels, which saved us a lot of packing. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Friends Trip!

We had 6 adults, 2 kids and a dog. Very comfortable house with all the amenities you need and the perfect location within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We had a great time and the hosts communication was always quick and helpful both leading up to and during the trip.

Great location

The condo was nice and in a great location. Super close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We didn’t have to get back in our cars until it was time to leave. The outdoor shower and beach chairs/toys were a great addition. Kelly was kind, helpful and accommodating.

Dewey Getaway

A cozy, comfy stay with prime location for activities of all kinds. Kelly was very helpful throughout and made the check in/out processes easy. A bonus I didn’t expect was how nice the AC was! We loved relaxing on the balcony before dinner and having access to a bunch of beach chairs and toys.

Cute and cozy

Kelly’s house was so nice for some friends to join us in Dewey Beach. Very nicely decorated and comfortable with plenty of beds and a great view of the bay. Very convenient location for walking to see all Dewey has to offer.

Great stay in great locstion

We had a great stay, with two parents, a teenage son, five of his friends and the family dog. It’s a cozy condo for eight, but it worked great as a home base for lots of time out at the beach and on the town. Kelly was very helpful with communication, and the provision of a large dog crate was a big space saver in our packing!

Cozy, Bay View Townhome

Excellent location, Quiet (yes, even w/Bottle & Cork on the corner!), Cozy, Clean, Beautiful Bay View! Owner was promptly response and this was a great experience for our family. Home was very comfortable and inviting, it felt like we asked to stay a friends house for a week rather than it be a rental! Short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants!

Fantastic Dewey Beach Visit

Fantastic location with short walk to beach! Property is well very appointed, kitchen well stocked with cooking tools and utensils. As described, it’s just up the block from restaurants and music (but quiets down at 10pm). Everything we needed was provided; host is proactively communicative and responsive. Perfect for a family stay!

We had such an amazing experience staying here for a girls weekend! Perfect location from the beach and bar life. The house is so cute with plenty of beds. Kelly is great! She is so friendly and lives nearby if you need anything at all. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Rental property was exactly as advertised. Lots of kitchen aids to help with cooking. My family and I love the location. Next to major restaurants & bars. Host was kind and helpful with tips on the community. Highly recommended!

Walkable Dewey

Our family of four + one grandparent had a great long weekend getaway by the bay. The location is great, walkable to everything in Dewey. Views of the bay, and music from the Bottle & Cork at night made the deck especially nice for hanging out. Kellyann was a fabulous host.

Perfect weekend getaway spot

We spent a long weekend at Kellyann’s townhome and everything about it was great. It was clean, updated, and comfortable. The location can’t be beat. It’s within walking distance of all of the go to restaurants and bars in Dewey. However, it’s set back by the bay and is not noisy. The beach is also a short walk. Kellyann makes sure her guests have all of the amenities for an easy stay. The kitchen is stocked with all appliances and gadgets you need and beach chairs and towels are all available for use. My favorite thing about the house was the second floor balcony. It was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or a post beach cocktail. We hope to return soon!

We are Dewey Beach locals, and we want to provide you with best experience as we used to love our childhood beach vacations with family and friends. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our condo is in the perfect Dewey Beach location! Enjoy the sunsets on the bay from our spacious living room deck or relax on the deck overlooking the garden in the backyard, or enjoy stellar views form the rooftop deck. Our place has a very happy, bright, beachy, cozy feel, and it is our home in the winter. We pride ourselves in its appearance and the little extras that make things perfect for your stay like 8 beach chairs, umbrella, coolers bags, etc. We are on the bay, one block from the beach, and all that Dewey has to offer... award winning restaurants bars, and LIVE music every night! Directly across the street, behind the Bay Resort Motel you can rent Kayaks and Stand up Paddle Boards to enjoy the bay! Park your car and GO! We are one mile form the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, ten minutes south to Bethany, and one half hour south to Ocean City, Maryland! Because Dewey Beach has a Noise Ordinance, we cannot accommodate noisy, rowdy guests or we will lose our rental license. So if you are here to be loud, destructive and crazy, this may not be the place for you.
We love families, couples sharing the house and respectful singles.
We do allow for well-behaved dogs for no charge.
No cats. No smoking or drugs, please.
