A sandy bottom and clear water make this a great home for swimming and floating on the lake. Enjoy the water with the two provided kayaks, paddleboards and numerous water toys, floats, and floating water matt. Beach chairs, fishing poles, and sand toys are also provided.

With two docks and a boat house, there is plenty of room to bring your own boat or jet skis. The community boat ramp is located a half mile from the property and accessible with the provided gate key.
