Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.

Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
