Seasonal Pool Heating: Pool heating is available at the discretion of the HOA and may be subject to change. No refunds will be issued for any change in seasonal pool heating availability.

Initial Supplies: Upon arrival, Panhandle Getaways provides essential items such as dishwasher soap, laundry powder, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap bar), and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We encourage guests to bring their own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
