An exceptional property located in Nice’s most sought-after and peaceful neighborhood, home to several notable residents.
The apartment offers truly remarkable, panoramic views of both the sea and the mountains, day and night, from three spacious terraces—a feature frequently praised by all previous guests.
Fully architect-renovated, the 80 mÂČ apartment includes two bedrooms, air conditioning throughout, and terraces adjoining each room.
The master bedroom features a high-quality king-size bed; the second bedroom is furnished with twin beds that can be combined, both rooms are exceptionally serene, overlooking olive and pine trees. A crib is also available.
A private garage is included, equipped with a fast charger for electric vehicles, as well as remote access.
Amenities comprise home cinema, smart flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, international channels, hair dryer, and free long-distance calls to landlines in Canada, the USA, and most European countries.
Situated on Mont-Boron, the most exclusive neighborhood in Nice, conveniently located near a bus stop and just 20 minutes on foot from the port.

Beautiful view from a restful apartment

We loved our stay at this apartment in Nice. The apartment is the most comfortable, well appointed house or apartment we have ever rented. It is also well decorated and lovely. The view of the city and harbor is stunning. We loved watching all the boats, large and small, coming and going, as well as the people swimming in the sea. It was very restful to be able to come home to a quiet beautiful space after a full day of fun and activities.

Mount Boron

We had a lovely stay in the apartment on Mount Boron. The views are fantastic and it was interesting to watch the ships and the ferries from Corsica make their way through the narrow harbour opening. The paprtment is very well equipped with a full kitchen and an amazing new shower. Thank you Norman! We are so glad to return to Bellesplaisances.

Stunning panoramic views of Nice & fully equipped

If you enjoy looking out on a panoramic view of the Med, the Promenade des Anglais, Nice and the Alps from your balcony, you'll love this place. Throw in the fact that the 2 br apt is spacious with every possible requirement, has a private garage, and an owner who is exceptionally helpful and available and i dont think there is a better value in all of Nice. The central location is ideal, close but just beyond the hustle of city centre. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality everything perfect for cooking in with a huge selection of wonderful restaurants close by. We will be back for another visit and will stay here.

What a view.....

My wife and I enjoyed very much our stay at Norman's well furnished/equipped and tastefully decorated appartment which is located in a clean, well maintained building on a hill overlooking the city of Nice, its port, the bay and much of the sea as well as the hills beyond. The view is just amazing! We found everything as described and shown on the photos on the Internet site. Communication with Norman, who provided a lot of additional information about the area and what to do, where to eat out, etc... was easy, swift and always pleasant.

Surrounded by beautiful pieces of art, your very comfortable apartment on the slope of Mt.Boron overlooks the majestic Baie des Anges, and the Old Port of Nice. Take your car from the private garage, or get the #30 bus at the foot of the driveway below the apt & you are in Old Nice in less than 10 minutes. The nearby 100 bus runs from Nice to Menton, along the coast, allowing you to visit lovely fishing villages, beaches, or wager in the celebrated casino at Monte Carlo. Don't miss spending a day in Menton, the Pearl of the French Riviera. Your host Normand is available by phone or e-mail and his instructions are all you will need to enjoy a wonderful stay in this fully equipped, very clean, and well maintained two bedroom. The view from the living/dining room is one of the best in the South of France. Enjoy the sunsets from the balcony. Awaken to the morning light emerging from behind the Mountain to illuminate the Azure of the Mediterranean sea. Explore one of the great cities of the world. It sits at your feet. Especially attractive for those who embrace the travel adventure.

Un séjour idéal

Un appartement trÚs confortable et conforme à la description faite sur le site nous a permis de profiter sans modération d'une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie des Anges et le port. Se plonger dans le rythme trépidant de la belle ville de Nice, en savourer tous les plaisirs puis retrouver le calme de l'appartement avec cette vue incroyable : un luxe assurément. Une jolie promenade à faire à pieds dans le mont Boron est possible au départ de l'appartement. Pour les plus courageux, on peut aussi gagner le port de Nice à pieds par un escalier (compter 25 bonnes minutes). Tous les précisions détaillées sont fournies pour prendre en main sans difficulté un logement tout à fait plaisant. C'est sûr nous reviendrons ! un grand merci à Normand pour sa disponibilité.

Wonderful place, the best at the Cote d'Azur!!

We spent four weeks in Norman's appartment in February. What a wonderful time we had, the appartment is perfect, very well equiped, nothing is missing and the panoramic view on the harbour/mediterranean, so wonderful We could sit outside at the terrace many times, what can you wish more in wintertime!! And if you have a question, Norman answers you immediately and he also gave many tips, many thanks !! We come certainly back, for us it is the best place to be at the 'Cote d'Azur'

Wonderful characterful property with Spectacular views

We have just returned home after spending a wonderful week in this property. First of all, it is in a great location with easy access to the key Cote d'Azure highlights of St Jean Cap Ferrat, Eze, Menton and the various Corniche roads. If you can tear yourself away from the spectacular view from the balcony that overlooks Nice harbor and the fabulous bay de Angels there is a great deal to see and do here. The home has a well equipped kitchen which is appreciated, the beds are comfortable and the location is peaceful. Norman our host was extremely easy to deal with and answered any queries we had very quickly. He provided many tips and hints regarding restaurants which were spot on. We thank you Norman for opening your home and providing a very memorable family experience for us. Merci Bien.

Wirklich wunderschöner Ausblick !

Die Wohnung war gross, die Ausstattung super. Besonders toll war auch die vorhandene Klimaanlage. Der Ausblick traumhaft, man hĂ€tte Tag und Nacht auf dem Balkon verbringen können, wenn da nicht die MĂŒcken gewesen wĂ€ren.. aber die hat man ja ĂŒberall. Wir empfehlen aber dringend guten MĂŒckenschutz😃 Norman ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuverlĂ€ssiger Vermieter. Alles hat super funktioniert, auch als wir ein kleines Problem mit der Garage hatten, hat er sofort reagiert. Aufgrund der Lage sollte man aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto oder Roller haben. Busfahren ist eher beschwerlich, Laufen in der Hitze ebenso. Ein bisschen hat mir ein Pool gefehlt... Insgesamt hat die Wohnung aber gehalten, was versprochen war und wir (auch unsere 14jĂ€hrige Tochter) kommen gern wieder!

Beautiful Apartment with Gorgeous View!

Clean and charming bright two-bedroom apartment filled with artwork with large terraces and remodeled bathroom on the fourth floor of an elevator building in Mont Boron section of Nice. The master bedroom's large bed is comfortable. The other bedroom has two single beds. The apartment comes with a parking garage (or you can use the outdoor parking space when available).The view of Nice is indeed spectacular. Finding the place initially and getting in and out was a bit of a challenge, since the building is located on the very top of a hill with a narrow path leading up to it, but it's a small price to pay for the amazing views. Old Nice, the port area, and Promenade des Anglais are all just minutes away by car (we used both Uber and a private driver), and Cap Ferrat and Villefranche are about 10-15 minutes by car. The owner is both responsible and responsive and sends you in advance detailed instructions and some useful tips. We recommend this place for couples and small families and look forward to staying there again when back in Nice.

Highlight of our vacation

This was the highlight of our vacation (5 days in Paris, 5 days in Provence, and 5 days in Nice). It was so nice to have some space to unpack and unwind (compared to the typical hotel rooms we had been staying at). The views were fantastic - just as advertised. It was also very convenient to all of the Riviera destinations and beaches. Having a major Supermarket just down the street and being able to make our own breakfast and/or lunch was also very nice, as it gets tiring going out to a restaurant for every meal. We missed the views the moment we left.

Breathtaking view, wonderful apartment

We had a wonderful and great vacation! The view is breathtaking and we couldÂŽt get enough from the outstanding view. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, so we were able to have great dinners at home with the outstanding view. The bedrooms were large and we slept very well. We also loved the paintings in the apartment, which made us feel home. Last but not least, Norman is a great owner, who helped us within seconds, whenever we had a question or a problem. What an amazing place. The view was breathtaking both during the day and at night. The apartment was of a very high standard. It was very well equipped and the range of travel guides was exceptional. Beautiful and comfortable stay above the city of Nice and the Med beyond

My husband, daughter and I used this lovely, well-appointed apartment high above Nice for a base from which to explore the French Riviera. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is another nice feature. Meals can be taken on the balcony with sweeping views of the city and surrounding hillside and the sunsets are spectacular! If you are a confident driver we'd recommend having a car (there is a garage provided) but there is also a convenient bus stop at the end of a steep drive. There is a good Carrefour supermarket close by at the end of the road with as well as a pharmacy. No restaurants to conveniently walk to but we enjoyed our own evening meals al fresco. Norman is an attentive owner and very helpful in answering questions.
