Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom cabin is the perfect location for an extended stay in beautiful Ouray! This cabin features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, recently added 500 square feet of living space featuring a family room with a vertical Murphy bed, gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, coffee bar, and bath with shower. There is a large deck with views of the surrounding landscape and a propane BBQ grill and wood fireplace in the main living space. The cabin is located just a few blocks from Main Street, perched on a hillside in a quiet location.

Master Bedroom - Queen Bed
2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed
3rd Bedroom - Two Twin Beds
Family Room - Murphy Bed.

The master bedroom features its own private deck with some of the best views in Ouray! .

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Due to this home is a 30-night rental we do require a 60 DAY CANCELATION NOTICE, Payment is due in full 60 days prior to arrival. We do offer travel insurance.

Beautiful View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first vacation rental experience so we really did not know what to expect. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. The only things we needed to bring were our clothes and then purchase food after we arrived.

Awesome home with a fantastic view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Ouray for 42 years and this year was our first time to rent a property instead of staying in an RV. We rented the Antler Hill property for two months and could not have been happier with our experience. The newly remodeled kitchen was very well furnished. The new family room addition not only served as a second gathering area but also served as a fourth bedroom since it has a vertical queen Murphy bed and it’s own full bath. The views from this room were fantastic. We spent a lot of time on the spacious deck looking at the views. There was always a breeze and shade the way the deck was built. My husband spent hours each day watching the deer come up to the house to feed on apples from the apple tree in the yard. The property manager was very prompt to answer any questions we had and went out of her way to make certain that our stay was enjoyable. We will definitely rent this house again and use Ouray Premier Vacation Rentals.

Best Month in Years

This rental had everything we needed in a wonderful place. We were apprehensive about the steep driveway but it turned out to be fine. We were also concerned about the proximity to the highway but didn’t notice it but a bit. The deck and the Overlook were incredible and significantly added to our experience. We love this place and would come back in a heartbeat.
