Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom cabin is the perfect location for an extended stay in beautiful Ouray! This cabin features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, recently added 500 square feet of living space featuring a family room with a vertical Murphy bed, gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, coffee bar, and bath with shower. There is a large deck with views of the surrounding landscape and a propane BBQ grill and wood fireplace in the main living space. The cabin is located just a few blocks from Main Street, perched on a hillside in a quiet location.

Family Room - Murphy Bed.

The master bedroom features its own private deck with some of the best views in Ouray! .

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Due to this home is a 30-night rental we do require a 60 DAY CANCELATION NOTICE, Payment is due in full 60 days prior to arrival. We do offer travel insurance.
