Our beautifully decorated 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom townhome is all about its exceptional location! Located across the road from the Ouray Hot Springs Pool and Fellin Park and a short stroll to historic downtown, this townhome provides ultimate year-round convenience and access to all that Ouray has to offer!

Featuring a large modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an open concept floor plan that provides the perfect setting to gather with friends and family during your stay. Natural light and gorgeous mountain views are abundant with floor-to-ceiling windows in the sunroom. There is also a nicely landscaped shared outdoor space available for guests of the complex to use. There is a full bath with a walk-in shower located on the main floor, while the lower level has a larger bath with two sinks and a tub/shower combination. Guests also have access to the attached Garage.

PROPERY DISCLOSURES:
1. Like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s. Please close the windows and window coverings before the sun rises.

2. Guests are welcome to park up to one regular-size vehicle inside the garage and one vehicle in front of the garage. No trailers or RV's allowed on the property. Free overflow parking is provided just across the road on the west end of 9th Ave.

3. No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
