Right downtown, can hike to a waterfall, weird layout that works better than you’d expect. Kitchen well labeled that was super helpful. Comfy beds, cute toiletries and kid stuff in kitchen was super helpful. Great yard and space, no complaints.

The kitchen was surprisingly well outfitted with every appliance one might need. The location is great, walking distance to Main Street and the Hot Springs.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our large family group. Bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary dining and kitchen appliances. Close to down town, yet private with nice fenced yard.

Great for a large group. We had 8 adults and 3 kids 3 and under, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location was great right off of main street in Ouray. The kitchen was well equipped for our large group and the pool table downstairs was fun.

Great home!

This home is the perfect location in Ouray! Easy to walk around town. It was very clean! Our 3-year old enjoyed all the fun toys they had in one of the closets! Would highly recommend for a large group of people.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Another wonderful time on 8th street. Came to ice climb but too warm and no ice so we hiked and went to the hot springs. Great location.

This house is gorgeous and was so relaxing to hang out at especially when the ice park unexpectedly closed early. VRC was super responsive prior to and during our stay. I would have liked if checkout was a little less involved but I think it is pretty typical (take out all trash, run dishwasher, start a load of towels).
