Everything went very smoothly and property was as advertised. We very much enjoyed our stay. Before our stay, our host kept my group sane as we were worried about the wildfires in the area but the fires became a nonissue by the time we were there. All in all a great experience!

Our family had a great time in Ouray at the Pine Time cabin. Our boys loved the pool table and the throwback Golden Tee arcade game. The local deer made daily appearances. Niki and Trent were easy to communicate with and super responsive. Great experience!

The cabin is cozy but also spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Exceptional getaway

This is our second time staying at Pine Time and we had an amazing second trip. Home is exactly as described, cozy with tons of great amenities. Niki is a fantastic host who is quick to respond and help with anything needed. Definitely recommend this location for a wonderful getaway.

Kaylyn’s last trail before the veil!

My friends and I had a blast staying at Pine Time!! — We went to Ouray for my untraditional bachelorette party, and spent the weekend doing the via ferrata, hot springs, and hiking! The Vrbo was so cute and everyone had so much room to spread out. We really enjoyed our stay and being so close to Ouray.

We made some core memories staying at Pine Time! The house was perfect for us. We did plenty of cooking, grilling, hanging out on the deck around the fire pit and played in the game room. The house is close to the river and we walked / road bikes along the dirt road that leads to town. It’s perfectly situated for enjoying Ouray and all it has to offer. Niki was very responsive to any queries and made sure we had a great stay. Our dogs loved to sit and watch the wildlife out the windows.

Ouray Trip

Golf in Ridgeway Jeeps in Ouray and Alpine Loop. We’ve been riding trails there for 20 years. This place was awesome. Golden Tee in the game room was the best. We hung out in the garage every night.

Almost perfect…grill was pretty rough but ultimately worked out. Admittedly we may have been dummies about the oven but it took some time to figure it out. Maybe some instructions for the non-intuitive types like us? All in all, this was an excellent stay and a fun little house for a friend weekend. Thank you!

Really nice place just outside the city

Overall this place was very well appointed and gave us everything we needed for a great few days in Ouray. The host was responsive to our questions within 20 minutes or so. The bed in the master was cozy and we had plenty of space to spread out and relax when we had downtime. Limited availability at the time placed a small party in a home that would have accommodated 8-10 easily- so we didn’t utilize all the amenities to the fullest extent.

Hi Alrene, there are absolutely no cameras inside of the home. As stated in the listing description and welcome book, there are 3 outdoor cameras only. Quiet neighborhood close to town!

Niki was a great host with fast communication when we had a slight issue getting on the WiFi. Neighborhood was close to town. Not much room for dogs to roam in the yard but they loved views to watch all the critters. Lots of stairs which was only an issue for our sweet old dog. Otherwise house was amazing, stocked with what you need, and we will be back!

Beautiful house, friendly folk! A bit hot with no ac but it was nice to leave windows open (we are from Az). We were bummed we couldn’t see the fireworks from the house, but the neighbors were all so nice, told us all the tricks & tips! Good folk, and easy to communicate with and text!

Family Stay for Son's Wedding

This cabin was the perfect location and size for our family (12) to stay in to celebrate my son's wedding day. It is six minutes from downtown Ouray, so travel to all events and hot springs was easy with plenty of room for vehicles. Everyone had a comfy bed with enough bathrooms to accommodate all. There is even a game room to kick back and relax with music and laughter since the little town closes early. The host, Niki, is very responsive and answered all my questions and concerns. She was even very kind in reminding us about the quiet hours as we played pool with the game room door open...time flies when you're having fun! Check-in and out was an easy process. Overall, this is great place to stay - good location, plenty of room for guests/vehicles, and a wonderful host. We would consider this cabin for our next family gathering :)

Nice location but needs improvements

While ultimately we enjoyed our time here, we would definitely expect more repairs/improvements at this high a price point. There was an awful sewage smell from downstairs which the owner was responsive of, and sent a handyman right over, but the poor state of the plumbing and electric again maybe not expected at this price. There are also many uncovered windows even in a downstairs bedroom you could see directly inside. Also the trash had been left by the previous tenants(?) and was completely full, so we had to stack trash in the garage which is also the game room. Finally, the fridge seemed to not cool well especially towards the bottom and we had meat spoil. Overall, just not what we expected at the price and would probably pick another location next time unfortunately.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a good space for 3 families. We loved the location and appreciated the fun legos, games and puzzles in the home. The large windows and multiple decks make great space for bird, deer and bear watching! The host was extremely helpful and communicative. She even reached out about a weather alert that occurred during our stay which we so appreciated. If you or someone you are traveling with has trouble with stairs, it is important to note that this home is 4 levels with the kitchen and living room being on the second level of the home and bathrooms located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd levels.

Niki was an awesome host. It was a perfect little spot for our family of 5 (3 boys ages 2-7). They loved the arcade games in the game room. The neighbors were extremely friendly too, they were very welcoming & we’re proud to call Ouray home. We would definitely stay at this location again next time we find ourselves going to Ouray.
