Welcome to Faith at the Painted Ladies Nashville

Situated in the Buena Vista neighborhood and adjacent to the charming and historic Germantown neighborhood, this property is perfect for easy access to Nashville's best nightlife, dining, and entertainment. With an open floor plan, locally inspired decor and modern chef’s kitchen, this spacious home is a welcoming abode after a day of eating, vintage shopping, and bar hopping.

There’s a reason Nashville, TN has become one of the country’s most loved southern cities. With its vibrant nightlife, country music scene, and incredible food, “Nashvegas” is a top destination for people simply looking to have a good time- which means lots of drinking and eating. Visitors flock to Broadway, a street lined with multi-level bars playing live music and serving bbq. You might get stuck in traffic behind party bikes called Pedal Taverns, but you’re more likely to cheer them on than get road rage because having fun is part of the culture in Nashville.

Happy with my stay. It’s big with great spaces and decor. Clean. The location was ok. Probably not the greatest neighborhood. I did feel safe in my place. Uber was 9 minutes to Broadway. Grocery store across the street was under renovation. Publix was 6 minute drive away. Over all I would stay again if I needed a bigger place.

Spacious, clean, and practical

A very nice home that provided our group with precisely our needs. Staff commutation and availability was helpful at all hours. Would stay there again, for sure.

Overall good property, not pet “friendly”

Chose this for its location and “pet friendly” listing information. Only after booking found in the fine print of the contract that pets were not allowed. After contacting management they said pets were allowed for a fee of $450. As we were not eligible for a refund at that time we had to leave our dog behind instead of paying the ridiculously high fee. Outside of this disappointment the rest of our stay was pleasant, the property was in good condition and several complimentary Avant branded items were left for us, which was a very nice touch.

This place was exactly as advertised
. Clean, cute and perfect for our group of 7. Easy to get into town with just a quick Uber ride. Definitely will stay here again!

Great place for a gathering. Good communication with MGR. Neighborhood not so good but inside the complex is just fine.. And Kroger’s was empty and shady. However, the houses surrounding you were well kept and very clean.

Very spacious! Would rent again. It wasn’t too far from where we were going. The price was a little high though so that would be the only reason we would rent elsewhere next time. It was very clean and accommodating and we were blown away by how large the whole place was.

The house was amazing. The area is still growing and getting cleaned up so it was a little sketchy at times. But directly around the house felt safe. Loved having a garage, made me feel secure. Also it was very nice that everyone had their own floor to sleep on.

21st Birthday Celebration

Excellent group to work with.. property was Very clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for 5 adult men. Beds were comfortable . Location was short ride to Broadway and other attractions. The neighborhood was sketchy at best.

Perfect for friends and family

Everything exceeded our expectations, it was a beautiful house, clean, confortable, and we had constant communication whenever we had any doubts. The only thing that put us a little nervous, was the location. At night it might seem a little insecure, (that was what 2 taxis told us). Final answer: we would stay there again any time

Weekend in Nashville

Garage was convenient, didn't have to use the car all weekend. Location is a little bit of a walk from Broadway but it's under an hour walk and rides aren't unreasonable. Apartment is as-advertised and very comfortable.

Nice place for group

Location was easy to Uber anywhere. Beautiful place. Oven door was shattered but we didn’t need to use it anyway. Convenient Kroger grocery right across street. Germantown Pub less than a block away.

Great place to stay!

The property was exactly as the pictures show. The decor is cute and trendy, we found everything we needed (kitchen utensils, etc.) and everything was super clean. We liked that there was a supermarket right in front, so it was super convenient to get anything we needed. Even though there are a few extra steps to renting this property we found that it was easy to follow.

Buena Vista

We stayed at the Buena Vista for a wedding in Nashville and everything was perfect. The property is very well maintained and in an ideal location in Nashville, just minutes from everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend staying at any of Avant’s properties at this location. We will definitely be back!

Friends Stay in Nashville

Overall, it was a great space to stay in. Offered enough beds for everyone and enough room for 6 girls to get ready for the days/nights. The check-in process could change a little, as they asked me to verify all of my information, including sending a picture of myself and my ID 2 hours before I was supposed to be staying there and I was already in the airport. Other than that, it was a great stay and we would all definitely stay again!

Girls Weekend

We used the townhouse for a girl’s weekend. It worked perfectly for our needs. It was furnished with trendy dĂ©cor, was cute and very clean. The grocery store across the street was handy. The house was stocked nicely with seasonings, teas, olive oil and laundry soap. We had everything we needed. We gave the house 3 stars due to the fact that there were security items that concerned us. Upon arrival we found a notice on the kitchen counter stating the following things needed to be fixed. We were not notified in advance about these security items. 1) Broken window in the lower bedroom - this window was boarded up and taped together with duct tape. It was on the street level in an area with lots of construction. 2) The door lock leading into the garage did not work. So we were unable to lock the door. 3) Upstairs bedroom had a missing blind. This window faced the street. Given that this is a neighborhood being revitalized we felt these security items were concerning. Also, since this is a new property there are some things that need to be looked into. The upstairs shower had zero water pressure and the bathtub could not get hot water. There are also no window screens on the windows. We suggest fixing the items before you rent again as it is a cute place.
