Located on Clearwater Bay with an easy stroll (5-10 min) to Clearwater Beach, Beach Walk, Pier 60, restaurants, and shopping. You are centrally located to everything in Clearwater with luxury accommodations ! !! You have a 2 car garage, community pool, hot tub, and a community grills steps from your back door.

Beautiful home and wonderful location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was great and very responsive. The location was perfect. We could quickly walk to the beach and all the shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was amazing. Its location was near the beaches, shopping, and dining. The view from the property was beautiful. You could see the sunrise right from the balcony.

Location location

Loved staying at the condo. Pool was heated and very clean. Condo was a 5 minute walk to beach and lots of bars with live bands every night. Condo was clean with an awesome water view. Would definitely recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Clearwater Beach. The house was amazing and the complex was perfect. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars, and water attractions! Dolphins swimming right outside our patio door!

Great property! Beautiful view and lots of nearby amenities! Owner is super responsive and keeps it well equipped with pretty much all you need! We were with 5 adults and 3 kids under 7 including a 7 month old baby! Highly recommend and hope we can return in the future! Thanks David

60th birthday trip

We made the trip to Clearwater for a birthday weekend getaway with friends. This listing was everything and more. Perfect location, easy walk to the beach and all the fun bars! Beautiful veiw and three different patios and balconies to enjoy it. More than enough room for all 7 of us and stocked with everything we needed. Parking is very limited around the area so having the 2 parking spaces at the condo was amazing!!! If you are traveling with family or friends this is a must stay!!

Awesome spring break with family!

We stayed there with our kids on spring break. It was great because we have a large range of ages with our kids and the extra bedrooms and multiple floors allowed the younger kids to go to bed when they needed to without everyone else being awake keeping them up. The property and community were well kept and the location was just a short walk to the beach and several resturants and shops so we didn’t have to try to find parking on the island to get around. We did especially appreciate the beach amenities like the wagon, chairs and toys since we flew and could not bring large items like that. This was our first time using VRBO and our host David was awesome to work with and very helpful navigating through our first experience with it.

Great Holiday

Loved our stay here for Thanksgiving. Perfect location..right on the intercoastal while also convenient to walk to the beach area as well. Spacious and designed perfectly for a large family. Great spot for any celebration with family.

Girls Trip!

This townhouse was just simply PERFECT in every way! We had a group of 9 women staying here, and we ALL loved it! It is beautifully decorated, located on the water with spectacular views, it was clean, it had everything we could have needed from the fully stocked kitchen, the space for all women to spread out, PLENTY of beach supplies, the pool, the security, two car garage in an otherwise very difficult area to park. The owner was VERY quick to respond to questions and supplied plenty of suggestions for local to-do's. I would highly recommend this townhouse and would LOVE to come back again and again! Miss it already!

Amazing rental

I enjoyed this rental and would stay here again. The rental is in a great location, able to walk to pretty much anything. You are close to the beach, restaurants, and some activities. They do have a lot of beach toys, chairs, and accessories to use at the beach. Don't worry about bringing your own. The people who live there are lovely and friendly to talk to. In the mornings, you will get to enjoy your coffee outside while enjoying the views, and in the afternoons, you'll get to see the dolphins swimming close

Beautiful property in a quiet side street of busy Clearwater beach/intracoastal area! Owner was very accommodating and fast with communication! Kitchen was well equipped with high end necessities and spacious! Beds were comfy! Plenty of room all around. We had a 1 and a 3 year old with us, baby gates were a bonus for this 3 story townhome!!

Brightwater Weekend

My friends and I had a great weekend stay here! The beds were SO comfy, the condo was clean, so much is within walking distance. The property is even more beautiful than in the pictures. We had so much room to spread out. On our beach day there were even chairs for us to bring to the beach which was so appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

I want to live here

This was a perfect rental! The location was close enough to walk everywhere, but private enough for a peaceful stay. It’s right on the water and we were able to watch dolphins, birds, and even saw a marlin jump out of the water. We will stay here again!

Amazing, exceeded our expectations!

We had an amazing time! The condo was exactly as the pictures showed and more! The kitchen, bedrooms, living areas all of it! It had extras for the beach ... and the pool and hot tub were perfect. We had a wide range of ages including kids and teenagers and everyone had a great time! We can’t wait to go back!
