Our serene getaway is situated right on the beautiful intracoastal waterway. Balconies on each of the three floors look right out over the water, providing a calming sanctuary to which you can retreat any time of day or night.

Our home is newly furnished and has plenty of room to relax during your stay. We hope that you will feel at home in our spacious and well stocked kitchen. Easily prepare everything from small to large meals here and enjoy them on the roomy dining table.

The first floor is a bonus room with a gigantic scrabble board, table and chairs, along with a queen sized sleeper sofa (no bathroom). The kitchen/family room area is located on the 2nd floor, along with a bedroom outfitted with a queen sized bed, and a full bath. The third floor area has an additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including an expansive master bedroom and bathroom suite. All bedrooms offer an exceptional mattress, for a perfect night's sleep.

Vacationing at our home puts you at the heart of all Clearwater has to offer. In addition to easy access to the smooth sands and rolling waves of the beach, this well-known Florida destination offers other opportunities to get up close and personal with the ocean. Take a boat tour for a guided day on the water, visit Winter and Hope - the stars of Dolphin Tale and Dolphin Tale 2 at Clearwater Marine Aquarium, or get adventurous with a trip out in a kayak or canoe. Slow down with a walk along the water’s edge before strolling into a restaurant overlooking the Gulf of Mexico to sample the unique local fare. Each night, tourists and residents alike flock to Pier 60 to enjoy celebrations featuring live music and handmade artisanal wares.

Our unit also gives you access to a resort-style pool kept at a comfortable 85 degrees and a spa. An outdoor entertaining area features two gas grills with all the space you need for cooking.

When you’re ready to get out on the water, make use of the private boat slip to launch your vessel and spend a day enjoying the ocean. The slip is able to accommodate boats approximately 45' in length, with drafts up to five feet.
