Christmas and New Years at Seascape

My overall opinion of the property is that it is a step above a motel. But for the staff, especially Daniel Sunil, Kinesha Gidden and Shawnette Wignal, I would rate it below a motel. These three employees were outstanding! Their hospitality and willingness to help was exceptional. However, my disappointment with the property relate to the room. The lack of towel racks, towel hooks, bathing suit clothing lines, and beach towels With stains and holes. Additionally, there was no lounging chair in the room. While these may seem like minor issues, when you’re vacationing (especially at the beach) it is important to be able to hang your wet bathing suits and towels. It’s also important to have a place to sit ( the bed is not sufficient) while others in your group are getting dressed. Again, these may be minor, but these issues over 7 days do not make for a relaxing vacation.

Overall satified

The hotel is in a good location. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeing needs a little work. Our room wasn't cleaned one of the days. We was told they didn't clean because we asked yhem to come back as we was getting dressed. It was three of us in the room and never had enough towels. We had to ask for towels everyday. One day they only had left wash towel.

Fantastic Spot!

There were four of us in our group, and everyone really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the pool was beautiful and the employees were so friendly and accommodating. Having the bikes and golf cart available made travelling around the area really convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded Expectations

We cannot recommend this place enough! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, everything was new and clean on the property, the beach we LOVED and preferred to the craziness of the Grace Bay main resort area and the bikes made everything you wanted to do super accessible. Was even better than we expected based on the pictures and reviews.

One of the best weeks we’ve had

Everyone at Seascape is so kind and accommodating. Easy golf cart ride to the beach was awesome and they had chairs and umbrellas waiting. The rooms are HUGE and very clean. I recommend using their bikes to go into town (maybe a 10 minute ride?). The pool was nice, lots of lounge chairs and couches by the pool, looked exactly like the listing. Front desk super helpful with transportation. Would recommend.

My family and I recent stay was unforgettable. Front desk agent (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) went beyond to accommodate my daughter’s friend to ensure they were close to ours and made our stay exceptional. The rooms were spacious, clean and most of all this hotel is quiet. This was the hidden gem at T&C! Lastly, it felt like we were in a private home. Shay away from big hotels if you want your privacy! Love this place we’ll be back!

Home in Paradise

The property was great! Our room was super-clean, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The entire property was very well-maintained. Daniel, Beth, and Cineas were all knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. Even though we weren’t directly on the beach, the golf cart rides to the water made it a non-issue. We highly recommend without reservation.

The property is not beach front but not a big deal for me and my friends because we rented a car and we to different beaches everyday. The hotel offers a ride to the beach and bikes. I like having the security guards at night and gates closed at 11. A little bit ways away from grocery but they have vendo machine. I like how clean the hotel is specially now that is new however the tile makes noise travel, there also unavoidable ants that came in through the door. Cleanning service everyday. Good size pool. Very nice staff.

Brand new, modern hotel

Great experience. First of all the staff is fantastic. Very attentive to details and extremely polite. The rooms are very modern and clean. The pool area is very pleasant to hang out, have drinks and breakfast. Hotel is located 5 minute walk away from the Grace Bay. Restaurants and other resorts are also in close proximity.
