The family-friendly space also includes a full kitchen complete with full-size appliances, a breakfast bar, and quartz countertops. Hardwood and tile-style floors are perfect for sandy toes, and the private washer/dryer will take care of the swimsuits. The beach is just a short walk away - are you ready to relax?

Overall a great place

We had 4 people and it was very comfortable. The hot tub worked great. It was a bit warm (with all heat turned off) in the apt bc you're above the heated pool and hot tub downstairs. Kitchen we well stocked for cooking. Liked the location to tide pools. Very comfortable and quiet place.

Beautiful view and amazing location

This is our 2nd stay at this rental. We still love it! Amazing view and hot tub! I would recommend putting in a little bench near the door so people can sit down to put on and take off their shoes after hiking on the beach.

Family beach vacation

It was a short stay, wish it could have been longer. This unit is nice, although the television. Should be updated to include apps to log into Netflix Disney etc. the unit is directly above the pool so the exhaust fan venting the pool is on property and very load so you won’t be able to hear the ocean from this unit if that’s important to you.

Beautiful View and amazing rental

My wife and I rented this space for our weekend getaway to Lincoln City. It was clean and close to all the spots we wanted to visit. We had one issue when the oven decided to have an issue (the control panel went bad and it started beeping every 30 seconds) They were able to send out a repair guy within the hour but since the control panel was bad they had to unplug the oven so we were stuck with using the microwave for the weekend. Other than that the space was amazing and we loved it. Spa on the deck was perfect! We do plan to come back!!! Thank you!!

Everything about this place was terrific. You do need to walk a short way to get beach access but it’s right next to big rocks that create tide pools when tide is out.

My friend and I came for a weekend getaway and really lived the property. Comfortable, clean, walkable, and a beautiful view. Hot tub was lovely. We would stay here again!

Needs work

The ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn’t work. The several thermostats were all turned down and it was still hot in the condo. The pool was closed the day we tried to use it. Which was one of the reasons we rented the condo. I would not recommend this place or Vacasa.

Great view but needs some TLC

While the view was nice, we encountered some unfortunate things. Like the maintenance being done on the unit when we were checking in. By the time we got in the unit there was a hole in the ceiling from obvious water damage. It was exposed and smelled so bad. We had to open all the windows to air out and cool off the place it was extremely warm even with heat being off. The hot tub was enjoyable, although the cover is hard to get off/store. There are new appliances which is nice, but there were some lightbulbs out and the kitchen lights kept flickering. I would not stay here again at the price point, although the view and location was convenient.

Relaxing

Ocean watching was awesome. Loved being able to barbeque just outside the door. Comfortable beds..but bedspread and one pillow sham was stained. But on a good note : prompt action when we discovered we had left a laptop behind ( after about an hour of traveling). Contacted Vacasa and they found it!

Enjoyable stay

Parking a large pickup can be challenging because there is limited parking by the condo (usually full) and a large pickup could have difficulties parking under the building because of a lack of maneuverability in many of the spaces.

Relaxing stay

The property was in a great location. Short walk to the beach. We also walked to a great little movie theater, Bijou. Property was clean and fairly quiet. The private hot tub was nice. The pool & hot tub downstairs could use some work. A lot of build up around the pool filter and the hot tub needs to be re-finshed. Very well stocked kitchen. Lots of extra towels and blankets was nice. Both beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway!

This property is in a perfect location. It was nice having access to a full kitchen as well. We didn’t plan on using it but we ended up having to so it was great to have. Beds were super comfy and the view was amazing!

Amazing views of the ocean

Comfortable 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo with great views from living room and kitchen. Close to restaurants, Lincoln City Outlets, many beaches and Safeway. I couldn't have asked for more! We needed help with the TV and Nick came to the rescue. It was great to know that the resources were there when we needed assistance. Thank you, Nick!

Clean and really comfortable

My sister and I stayed two nights and enjoyed our trip. Great location, check in/out with Vacasa was a breeze. Plenty of room for four adults. Stylish/neutral decor. Nice kitchen, baths, bedrooms, and the view was beautiful from the back deck.
