Enjoy the bright and cheery decor of Flying Kites, our oceanfront vacation rental that celebrates the kite flying capital of the world… Lincoln City of course. This lovely unit provides the convenience of the first floor with great views and the privacy of an end unit. The private hot tub on your patio is a wonderful addition to this special vacation destination.

The updated kite themed decor and furnishings featured in the property add an upscale luxury feel to this wonderful condo. A great living room setup including new comfy sofa sleeper with queen memory foam mattress and new 60" smart TV offering your favorite streaming channels above the lovely cozy river rock gas fireplace and both bedrooms with new smart TVs too!
The dining room table and seating provides plenty of room for 6, or grab a snack at the breakfast bar in the very well-equipeed kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Flying Kites also offers an oceansuite master with a lovely view of the Pacific Ocean and the second bedroom offers twin beds perfect for kids or adults, with both bedrooms featuring new comforters and luxury linens! Pacific Winds is located on Harbor Avenue, off Highway 101 in Lincoln City. Take an immediate left into the complex. The driveway will take you directly to the underground parking (Height Limit: 6'10"), or additional parking is available on the street. Pacific Winds offers conveniently located elevators for guest ease of access to upper floors with a Floor Directory on each floor.

Interaction with Guests:
Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries.
