Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, ice maker, and a Keurig/coffee pot combo—perfect for your morning brew!

Location Highlights: Just 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. A short walk to Lowcountry Celebration Park with its playgrounds, events, and outdoor fitness trail. The gated, oceanfront complex includes access to a pool, sundeck, and direct beach access, ensuring a perfect coastal getaway. Full access to the condo, pool, sundeck, beach access, and the gated parking lot.

Great location, great time!

This was a great spot, steps from the beach, great view of the ocean, and just a two minute drive to all the activity at Coligny. Had a great time. Kendall was very responsive in answering questions and providing information for a smooth check in and check out. The cookies were a nice touch… Cute and delicious! We appreciated having a couple beach chairs there and also the boogie boards, our kids loved them!

Great beachfront property close to the beach and everything else. Beautiful view from the balcony. Updated, clean, and well supplied unit. Kendall, the owner, was great to work with…responsive and helpful. Appreciated some of her extra touches. I felt she cared that I had a great experience, and I did!

The location of this unit can't be beat. Short walk on beach or sidewalk to Coligny beach. We enjoyed the pool, has shade in spots most of the day also chaise's, chairs and table w umbrella's. The unit itself is entered from an interior hallway. The space is tight, great for a couple and 1 or 2 small children. The balcony looks out to beach and has table and chairs to sit out and enjoy the view. The unit is a little dated, but everything worked and we enjoyed our stay.

We typically stay oceanfront at Seaside Villas. This year we decided to give this unit a try. It was clean well stocked, and the view was perfect.

Just right

My husband and I are return guests to Sea Side Villas. Love the location, beach, view and amenities. Kendall was amazing in her communication and responses. Unit was clean and offered everything we needed. It’s small like most other units but was just right for us. The view from the balcony was wonderful! We will return and stay in this unit if available.

I love the location. Have stayed at this location many times & will continue to do so, however, I am not happy with MY EXPERIENCE WITH VRBO. Kendall Kline saved the day for me when I arrived to find that my original condo booking with VRBO was unavailable. She WAS VERY HELPFUL. Great host!

Beach trip

The location of this place was perfect! Right on the beach! The only concern we had was the bedroom got a little hot at night. Also, one of the blankets on the bed didn’t smell the best. It was perfect for just two people. It would be pretty tight if it is more than that.

First time Hilton Head success

Our first time in Hilton Head. Couldn't have had a better, simpler, clean, cozy stay. We plan to return since this was only a 2-night stay and preview of island. Condo very clean, had everything needed. Perfect oceanfront sunrises from inside condo and on porch. Owner communication and touch points perfect. Hope to return soon - to see more, enjoy pool, bike, etc.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I had a great time for our weekend getaway. You can sit on the balcony and see the ocean or just open the sliding door and listen to the waves. We enjoyed our stay and the location is great, we biked everywhere.

Three units from the beach was great!! We had no problems at all. The owner texted regularly to see that all was okay. We love Sea Side Villas and this one did not disappoint us.

Lovely little getaway

We really enjoyed our quick vacation here. We only stayed 2 nights due to work schedules but would have loved to stay longer. The condo itself is small but well taken care of and perfect for a beach getaway. Worked great for our family of 4. The location is perfect for getting to the beach quickly as well as into town. Love that it was walking distance to pretty much everything we needed. Zero complaints, Loved our stay, hope to be back again soon!

July 10 to the 17th

We had no surprises, the villa was as advertised, it was clean and check in went very well. The Close proximity to shopping and dining was great! We had a great week! I would certainly rent this unit again.
