Beautifully remodeled condo just steps from Hilton Head’s main beach! Enjoy ocean views from your private balcony and easy walking access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. This cozy villa features a full kitchen, bikes, and beach chairs included for your stay. Freshly updated with stylish decor, smart TVs, and modern comforts. Direct beach access on property and just a short stroll to Hilton Head’s new Celebration Park — perfect for a fun, relaxing beach vacation! Please note that the condo is open concept so there is no door between the living room and bedroom.

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Amazing property.

This unit was perfect. Easily accessible, nice ocean views, spacious, clean, and cozy. Everything you need is in the condo. From the silverware and plates, All the way down to the vacuum and a nice little step stool for you or the kiddos. The bathroom and rest of the unit was very clean, and impressed my wife, who is picky when it comes to that. The bedroom was very nice and located right next to the bunks so we could see our kids. Outside on the balcony had a great setup of chairs and table, and has a bunch of stuff you can use at the beach including chairs, a backpack cooler and toys.My favorite thing was how things were labeled with directions and other information. Things can get confusing in an unfamiliar place but the labeling on the TV and doors was very useful.

Just perfect !

Property and unit were exactly as described. The unit was well stocked with all travel necessities. And the hosts were quick to respond whenever I had a question. We will definitely be staying there the next time we’re in Hilton Head.

Compact but Well-Appointed Beach Base

Stayed here for a week in late June, during the height of the beach season. The place is compact, without a lot of spare space, but clean, very well located, and very well-equipped for a couple or small family on a beach vacation. It was a great place to stay. The location is in a building that fronts onto Coligny Beach, and the ocean is clearly visible from the unit - such that eating meals outside on the small deck allows guests to really enjoy the view. The building was full to bursting the week I was there, but I didn’t have any problems with noise or finding enough parking. This building gets a lot of hard use during the tourist season, but the hosts have made a special effort to keep the unit clean, well maintained and nice-looking. Everything worked, and I had everything I needed. The one word of caution I’d leave relates to the coin laundry room just across the hall from the unit. A couple of the machines, including the change-making machine, were out of order while I was there, making laundry a bit of a challenge. This is not the hosts’ fault, but something to be aware of for future visitors. Another important note - my travel schedule was a little unusual and I really appreciated Kendall’s efforts to accommodate me. It made things a lot more convenient and allowed me to enjoy the island more thoroughly on my vacation. This was a good base for my vacation. I’ll definitely look at Kendall’s place as possible accommodations on future visits.

Great spot for a quick beach getaway!

We really enjoyed our long weekend trip here! The condo is smaller, but for two people who planned on spending a majority of their day on the beach it was perfect! Being on the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza was a plus! Everything was very clean. My only “criticism” is only 6 towels and 4 washcloths were provided for a condo that is listed as sleeping up to 6 people. A few more would have been nice, especially since there was no in unit washer/dryer. Overall we had a phenomenal stay and I would recommend to others!

We’ve stayed at Sea Side Villas before and enjoyed our stay again! The property manager was very responsive also. We think the condo could use some deep cleaning but overall it was great!

Great Stay

Property is exactly as described. Great 1BR with two small bunks for children. Attentive host and short walk to the beach. Had all the necessary starter supplies which was perfect as we were only there for two nights. Will definitely come back.

Perfect stay

The villa is beach front which is perfect. We loved that you can walk or ride bikes on the many trails throughout the island. Perfect distance from Coligny plaza and New Adventure playground. We will definitely be back!

Fall Break Stay

We decided last minute to book a trip for Fall Break and we were lucky to find this place! We have stayed in Sea Side Villas several times. Pros: Location, communication with owner, bikes provided with rental, cleanliness, beach toys/chairs/umbrella, well-stocked kitchen, ease of getting into condo, parking, extra items provided for stay, clear instructions in the condo, layout of condo with more storage than other units, comfy outdoor furniture- and again- Location was wonderful! Cons: I hesitate to even put this, because it all depends on the person, however, the master bed was not comfortable.

We loved our stay in Hilton Head! Kendall was so kind and responsive and even left us sweet treats for our anniversary trip. The location is perfect and the property has all the beach essentials you need - chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. We would book again!

Perfect vacation

The condo and location were perfect! Super clean, very comfortable and walking or biking distance to shops and dining. The view of the water was beautiful and was minutes away from the sand. We had a fantastic time here and will definitely be back!

Perfect couple’s getaway

The condo was exactly how it was listed. Exceptionally clean. Loved the extra little added touches of decor, giving it a homey feeling. Great location, within walking distance to coligny plaza for shopping and dining. Plenty of towels, extra hangers for lots of clothes and good size tv’s. The only negative thing I can say about out stay was the bed. Way too soft
.. time for new mattress But still Would definitely recommend this condo .
