Cette villa est à 4 arrière du front de mer et a une vue imprenable. Il est parfait pour les couples ou les couples avec un petit enfant ou deux. Il a un matelas Serta queen et un canapé-lit queen size. Il y a une télévision connectée de 55 pouces dans le salon et une télévision de 32 pouces dans la chambre.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un Keurig, une cafetière ordinaire, une cafetière et une machine à cappuccino.
Il dispose d'une douche à l'italienne avec pomme de douche à effet pluie. Tout est neuf et de haute qualité!
Nous fournissons deux vélos / chaises de plage et des serviettes de plage pour votre usage. Ainsi que deux robes confortables. Nous proposons également un abonnement au centre de remise en forme The Players Club (à 2 pâtés de maisons) qui comprend une piscine intérieure et un bain à remous.

This is a lovely property in a great location in hilton head, close to a lot of things and more importanly, beach front. We had breakfast in the balcony everyday of our stay. The host was super responsive and always attentive in case we needed anything.

Great Condo, great location, great host!!

My daughter and I loved our stay! The condo is exactly as pictured, the community is well kept, clean and safe. The location is perfect just steps from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Kendall has thought of everything we could’ve needed from coffee and ice to beach chairs and toiletries! There was even a nice surprise of beautiful decorated cookies and snacks. I wouldn’t have changed a single thing. Communication was also fantastic! I’d definitely recommend renting from Kendall!

Clean and Great Location

My husband and I stayed a couple nights. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The location was great with easy access to the beach and walking distance to Coligny Park. The host was very easy to reach and communicate with. Would definitely go back.

Great HHI location

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend with my family of three. Beautiful view off the balcony, short walk to the beach, and so close to shopping, restaurants, and the tiki hut. Condo was furnished so beautifully! A fun time was had by all!

HH Stay Seaside

Villa was very nice. The air conditioning did not reach back to the bedroom very well so an additional fan would have been nice and the patio furniture could be updated. Otherwise the villa was well equipped, easy access to the beach and a fantastic view. Having the bikes available was also a plus! Would stay here again!

Getaway to Refresh

The property was excellent and the view of the ocean was perfect. There was some construction going on with the parking lot. It did not deter my wife and I from fulfilling our purpose (rest). I will definitely book again in the very near future. The property was exactly as the listing!

Kendall thought of everything to make this the perfect beach home base for our Hilton Head getaway with easy access to Savannah as well. Fabulous condo that we’d gladly return to!

Such a GEM!

Wonderful place to stay! Owner is super helpful and kind!! So accommodating. For sure the best owner I have ever communicated with. Condo has everything you need to make a trip to the beach easy. Bikes were so great to have to make a trip over to shopping center. Bike path leads right from condo. Highly recommend!!

Excellent location

The condo was very nice and updated. It was well stocked with everything you need for a great beach vacation, bikes, towels, cooler, chairs, and a wagon. It has a nice view of the ocean which is a short and easy walk. The owner is very responsive our coffee pot needed replacing and was done promptly. The only negative I have has to do with something out of the owners control and that was the noise above us, I think they must have been putting down floors by the way it sounded. I would definitely stay in this same condo again!

Comfortable condo with a great view

We loved everything about the condo and HH Island in general. This is our first time to the island. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was so much to do within walking distance. We would recommend this to others for sure.

Great weekend stay!

This condo was great for our one night stay in Hilton head last weekend. It was ready for us to check in early and the owner was great at letting us park there before check in and overall communication! I wish we could’ve stayed longer as it was in a great location so we could have had more beach time and used the bikes that were offered. Would definitely stay again next time I am back!
