Seaside Villas | S Forest Beach Oceanview Villa, direct beach access

Our newly furnished condo is located in the highly sought after South Forest Beach on Hilton Head Islands south end. You will enjoy a beautiful ocean-view from your private balcony, and a view of the pool from the front door. Walking distance to Coligny shopping center, restaurants, and Hilton Head’s new Lowcountry Celebration Park. This gated Seaside Villa complex sits ocean front right on the beach, just steps from the condo to the ocean.

Upon arriving to our property you will find one bedroom, one bathroom, with an extra sofa bed..perfect for a couples retreat or small family. Our condo has central AC, helping keep you cool on even the hottest beach days. You will find a cable TV in the bedroom and one in the living room. Our kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. You will also have access to the community laundry facilities if desired.

Would Stay Again

Great location! The villa was comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and loved being so close to the beach. We really appreciated the binder with food and activity recommendations. We will definitely try to book this property when we come back to Hilton Head!

This Villa is in a great Oceanside location. It is well represented by the photos and is extremely clean. We enjoyed our time there and look forward to returning. Morgan is great to work with.

This is best experience I have had on VRBO. This villa is beautiful, clean, updated and came with everything we needed. It’s right on the beach and close to everything. Morgan was great to communicate with and accommodated our needs. I will be be booking this villa again. Thanks so much!!!

Great villa close to everything!

This is a wonderful one bedroom villa walking distance from the beach and a very short walk from Coligny Plaza- where all the restaurants amd shopping is. The villa was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We stayed for 3 nights, but if you are staying longer you may want to bring extra trash bags, coffee and toilet paper. We always pack soap and shampoo, so not having these stocked was not a problem for us. The kitchen has everything you may need if you decide to cook. The kids slept on the pull out couch, so the space was great for us. There are beach chairs as well and some beach and card games. There was sufficient parking- we parked the car upon arrival and it stayed parked. Coligny plaza is 5 -10 min walk- be mindful that almsot everything closes at 9 pm. The pool was clean and never got really busy- it also has a shower if you need to rinse off from the beach. There is also a barbeque area outside. We had a great time and definitely will be back again!

Perfect getaway

Have stayed at this location before, but not this unit. I will say that the owner of this condo takes pride in upkeep and keeping the condo updated. Very clean, comfortable and modern. If I can add my opinion(sorry) add a USB outlet and perhaps a pillow top to the mattress. Would 100% stay at this location and try and book this unit again and again.

Absolutely perfect

From start to finish booking the villa was such a breeze. Morgan was absolutely fantastic! When we arrived the villa was spotless!! The decor was absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen was well equipped and it seriously felt like a home away from home! I 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Perfect Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with a short trip to HHI and this unit provided the perfect spot. The Villas are convenient to great dining and shopping and (of course) the beach. Everything was just as described in the listing but nicer in person. Morgan was prompt in every communication and went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. We even had a thoughtful Anniversary card to greet us! Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing location at affordable prices

Morgan the Property manager is amazing. Every question I had she answered fast and professionally. Very kind and responsive so 5 stars to her. The Property is beautiful. There were 3 of us total, myself, hubby, and 14 year old daughter who slept on the pull out sofa. I wouldn't recommend anymore then 3 people for this location. The little things were appreciated such as small think of dish soap but recommend if staying a week or more you bring extra toilet paper and trash bags. I will definitely stay again next time we are in HHI and takes just a few minutes to get to the ocean. Thank you so much. We highly recommend
