Step into comfort and luxury when you book this beautiful mountainside cabin for your family's next vacation! Inside, you'll be swept away by the living room's all-wood interior featuring grand, vaulted ceilings, burnished floors, and lots of space and natural light. Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace as you watch a movie on the cozy sofa in the living area. Research a new cuisine or recipe on the free WiFi to cook up in the gorgeous full kitchen. Here, you'll have everything you need to make your next culinary adventure a joy from stainless steel appliances and sparkling countertops for prepping. In the elegant dining area, there is room for all while the kids swing their feet from the bar seating, or take your meals outside to the deck for an al-fresco meal on hot summer evenings. Good wine and conversation can be had in the private Jacuzzi hot tub while the kids will love toasting marshmallows at the firepit.

Downstairs, a game of shuffleboard or a movie in the second entertainment area is great for additional entertainment. Retreat in one of the pleasant bedrooms for a good night's rest at the day's end, the main bedroom featuring a king-size bed, TV, and an en-suite bath. A washer/dryer allows everyone to refresh and recharge for the day ahead.

You'll be just two miles from Attitash Mountain Resort with lots of fun runs for every age and ski level. From horseback riding to swimming, golf, and river fishing, there are activities galore for the entire family during all seasons.

Guests must obtain a fire pit permit prior to firepit usage due to county requirements.
There is air conditioning in the second and third-floor bedrooms that can be used from Memorial Day to Columbus Day.

Great home base for North Conway and area outdoor plans, we kayak and hike and this was a great house for a familt and friends get away, shufflebard bonus in basement, plenty of room and great firepit under the shooting stars! We had some quick questions and the vacassa host service responded almost immediately. Im sure it would be awesome in winter for ski and winter sports lodge too.

Ski Getaway

Our family of four really enjoyed our ski weekend at Mountainside Memories. Very convenient to Attitash and more than enough room for us to spread out and be comfortable. The downstairs area was great for keeping all our ski gear after a day of skiing and the shuffle board table and hot tub was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great ski getaway!

Overall the property was nice and worked well for our group. We had issues getting into the home and had to spend 15 minutes working with the customer service rep to get in. The house was not up to the standards of cleanliness we would’ve expected. There was no propane for the grill and none was delivered even after we asked

Girls getaway

We really enjoyed the open concept kitchen. Master suite was beautiful with the skylights and spacious feel. Plenty of plates, silverware, glassware, and pots and pans. Linens and towels were nice. We didn't use the hottub but it looked really nice. We would definitely come back. Very enjoyable stay.

This is a great house for a family vacation. It was clean! Great open floor plan for spending time together and then the bed rooms were separate and quiet which was great for little kids sleeping! Definitely would stay again!

Très belles maison

Tout était très bien sauf au niveau de la climatisation; bruyant dans les chambres. Et la thermopompe du salon, nous n’avons pas trouver la manette de contrôle

Really nice place to relax and have some fun, and it’s relatively close to the local shops. The only issue was with the trash pickup. We arrived on a Sunday to find the single “bear proof” trash can overflowing with the prior occupants trash. We called multiple times during our stay requesting a trash pickup. Each time we were told that someone was coming to collect the trash. They never came. We had a bear encounter on the 3rd night and spent the next morning cleaning up two trash bags worth of the prior occupants trash that were torn apart by a bear and littered in the adjacent woods in the front of the house. By the time we left on the following Thursday, our trash was never emptied despite making several calls requesting trash pickup. Supposedly, trash pick up is pre-arranged for twice weekly, too. Perhaps have more than one “bear proof” trash can available or allow access to the garage to store trash, or better yet follow the trash pickup schedule, or actually follow through with the occupants phone calls for trash collection. My ideal vacation doesn’t involve worrying about trash and bears on a daily basis. I mean there was ample opportunity to make amends and they definitely fell short. Disappointed in that regard, otherwise would have given a 5 star review.

Great property for families except for the mice and Vacasa

I stayed here with my family for 2 nights. We were 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). The house layout was great for a big group like ours. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed and essentials so we wouldn’t have to buy again things like salt and pepper. The firepit and jacuzzi were a nice plus that we enjoyed during our stay. Now we also had a couple of issues with our stay: - mice issue: my brother in law heard mice running in the walls during our first night. The next day, we found mice droppings and a dead mouse in one of the glue traps that was set in the washer/dryer room. We also opened one of the bunk beds we didn’t use the first night and found what looked like mice droppings. We ended up bringing everyone who slept in the basement the first night on the main floor for the second night. And some had to sleep on the couch. - 3rd party managing the property: all communications go through a property management company called Vacasa. This wasn’t ideal. They have their own app and email you separately/outside of the vrbo app with instructions but my biggest complain is that communication is slow and more difficult. Overall i really liked the place but because of the mice issue and Vacasa acting as an intermediate I don’t think I would rent again.

Great layout and hot tub!

Mountainside memories was a good layout for our party of 10 (6 adults, 4 kids)! The hot tub was even better than the photos and super clean. The bedrooms on the main floor and downstairs were a bit smaller than they appeared in the pictures. Overall was a great stay with easy access to Attitash. Driving into town was an easy 20 minutes!

A great spot for our girls weekend!

What a beautiful place - secluded and yet nearby all the area attractions and restaurants. We specifically booked this place for the hot tub, and it did not disappoint. We also were hoping to have a fire in the fire pit but decided to skip it since there were no chairs (since the listing photos had chairs around the fire pit we assumed they would be there and did not bring our own). The house is modern yet has those cozy mountain cabin vibes. Love all the windows and skylights (bring an eye mask if the sun rising wakes you up!) We hope to make it a yearly tradition!

Bedroom locked on arrival - property manager not helpful at all.

On arrival the master bedroom was locked and not accessible for our party of 9. We made many calls and texts to the property manager, with no service at all. We were on our own. I would not book with this property manager again.

Ski trip success

My family and I have been coming to NH for 7 years now for our annual ski trip! We decided to try this place out and we loved it! Super close to the mountain and everything we needed. The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The hot tub was perfect! We would definitely love to stay here again!

December Party of 9

This house was perfect for our two family stay with 4 adults and 5 kids. Kids loved the bunk room, parents loved the layout of the house and we all enjoyed the hot tub in December! Very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Girls weekend

This was a large , tastefully decorated home with sleeping for 10. There was ample space for all of us to be together(which was helpful because it rained!), and lots of space to separate out as well. Fully stocked kitchen.
