Excellent for family trip

Highly recommend! The property is gorgeous. The kitchen is beautiful. Every room was wonderful and the bathrooms were beautiful too. There was plenty of room for us to move around and hang out in the kitchen and living room. Everyone had more than enough space to be together and also be separated in their rooms. There was a nice size yard and a grill for use as well. The neighborhood has grocery stores, retail stores, restaurants, CVS, and even a mall very short distance. Super convenient!

Lots of Problems!! Last minute Problems, Plumbing problems, Just lots of Problems!!

This was not the property we paid for. The day before our arrival, one if the owners called and said, they have a plumbing problem. Then said he had another property that was and I quote, "An Upgrade," If you call a still renovating property an upgrade. I do not. The house was anything but, first the code did not work, then there was No hot water, the internet didnt work and the TV's all had two remotes that didn't work, unless you closed a bedroom door that had the modem. The owner then had the audacity to tell us to, a. Strip the beds throw the sheets in the wash with a pod and start it. Then told us to make sure all dishes were loaded and the same. When someone did come to take care of the matters listed above, the female was rude on the phone who asssumed we didnt speak Spanish and told the gentalmen there if we didn't like it tough we could leave. The female also told the gental to turn on his camera and walk to see who was staying at the house. He took his camera and act as if he didn't have a signal and walk all through the house filming us. As if we were criminals. The gental tried to apologize for her and her behavior. CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR PRORETIES. This was a hugh inconveniences for me and my family who was trying to say Congratulations to sister and he new job and have a nice Thanksgiving. Instead we had the plumbing problem and a place that was in mid renovations and spiders and bugs, cobwebs, dust, and a pool area that she refuse to cover w/small kid

Very nice layout for family gathering to eat and hang out, super quiet neighborhood close to stores. However please note the bed in the "study" is very small and best suited for a child. Also there wasn't enough hot water for a reasonable hot shower. Perhaps water heater needs to be turned up. We ran out of hot water quickly. Kitchen does not have a drip coffee maker and is very limited on utensils and cookware. There was only one dish towel! And no pot holders. Just little items but you miss them when they are absent. Property manager and owner were very responsive.

The house was even nicer in person

Beautiful house,, very clean. Only a few suggestions 1. The 1st room bed is super tiny very uncomfortable for an adult 2. If you have large groups a bigger bin is needed, especially on a holiday wknd when the trash pickup is delayed Thats it because everything else was spot on. Beds were comfy, furniture and appliances were all top of the line. The host answered any questions or concerns within minutes This was a great booking

One Story Home

This one story home was perfect for our group. There were many beds and bedrooms to accommodate everyone in our extended family. The kitchen, dining and living room were very inviting and the location near I10 and Beltway 8 was perfect for our needs.

Nice house

The house looks better in person! It was clean. I do think there is a lot of "clean up" & "check out" rules such as cleaning dishes, taking out the trash outside, & washing all of the towels at the end before leaving. You also have to take out all of the sheets & pillow cases. Wasn't hard work but maybe cleaning fee should be a bit less. Overall, house was great!

Birthday trip review!

House was beautiful!! Great location, everyone said the beds were super comfy! Water pressure isn’t high nor hot at all in the showers but that’s the only issue we had! Would def book again!

Highly recommend

We had a group of 6 people at this house for a team retreat. The space for gathering was perfect, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The location is amazing as it is nearby grocery stores and some restaurants, but easy to get to I-10 to travel to other locations. We would stay here again!

We were in houston for a funeral and it was a sad occasion. The house was everything it advertised and made a sad experience just a little more comfortable .

Great space for large groups!

8 women reunited for a weekend and enjoyed having this great house to stay in together. We each had our own bed, and both secondary bathrooms have dual sinks as well as the master which was awesome. Great kitchen, DR and FR to gather and spend quality time together. We felt safe and were super close to excellent reataurants (my fave Pappadeaux was 5 min away). Highly recommend!

Perfect for a business group

Property was clean, well stocked and perfect for 4 or 5 people to share. Nice to have a big kitchen area and dining room table. Everything was modern and up to date. Love having cable working instead go just streaming or local live channels. Everything worked well. Would definitely use again. Thanks

Interior Design A+

The photo's of this property do not do justice. This is a great location for families, its close to stores and many restaurants. As a professional Interior Designer myself the layout of the home is very functional for larger groups. I would defiantly recommend a stay in this home!

Comfortable family home

Wonderful place to stay for our family while our nearby home was being repaired after the winter storm. Comfortable and accommodated our family during a stressful time. The home was great!
