Efficiency style unit located just a couple short blocks from the quaint and historic Downtown Stuart. Whether you want to be close to all the restaurants, nightlife, or beaches this apartment is perfectly situated in a quiet part of town. You will be just a short drive over to Stuart or Jensen beaches. Located just 45 minutes North of PBI airport. Rated one of the best town to live in year after year!
There’s something here for everyone! World class fishing no wonder why it’s called “The Sailfish capital of the world.” Public and private golf courses, Wildlife Eco Tours that include dolphin and manatee sightings, bird rookeries in the most diverse estuaries in America. Pristine beaches and serene park, Cultural opportunities through The Arts Council, Stuart air show, weekly farmers markets, museums, aquariums, water parks, and much much more.

You will find your cozy space in the rear of our Key West style home separated by a tropical courtyard complete with private access to your Little Oasis. Nicely appointed apartment with all the comforts and amenities of home. Large bedroom/living room with full size eat in kitchen complete with dishwasher, large microwave, electric stove, Keurig coffee maker, toaster/ convection oven and other small appliances.


1) Perfect for someone wanting to spend the winter.
2)The apartment is cleaned and sanitized upon every checkout.
3)No pets
4)Due to stairs this is not suitable for anyone that cannot go up and down stairs on a daily basis. Not ADA accessible.

Beautiful rental

Great communication with owner, location is second to none,very clean and all the extras like all natural cleaners and soap and shampoo..etc.who does that ,truly feels like your home when your staying there ..I will definitely stay there every time highly recommend

Quaint Escape

On out first trip to Stuart, we pulled up to a charming apartment. Everything we needed for our two week stay was included in the apartment: laundry, completely stocked kitchen with some sweet treats, paper towels and toilet paper, soap and shampoo and much more. The bed was a little harder than I am used to, but there was a padding in the closet. The apartment was a quick walk to town and the marina where there are many restaurants and shops. Short drive to the beaches. Loved our stay

Stuart Getaway

We loved staying here for our week in Stuart! We were within easy walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants! The studio was very clean and in great condition. Peter was easy to work with and communicated with us very well throughout the process from reservation until departure. We would highly recommend staying here.

Pretty darn perfect!

Apartment location, owner communication and overall comfort would be hard to beat. The space is lovely, the kitchen spacious and perfectly functional. When I asked about a yoga mat, Peter kindly had one waiting. As well - and this is huge - I've rarely slept as well while traveling. Much appreciated this stay and will be back.

Perfect in Every Way

This studio apt within walking distance of downtown Stuart was just perfect. It was equipt with everything you could ever need for a short or long term stay. Tastefully decorated and very clean. I wish we didn't have to leave. The owners are very nice as well. Hope to be back next year.

Our love for travel brought us to Stuart in 2010 and we instantly fell in love. We returned year after year and finally decided it was time to own a piece of this lovely town.
My family and I have been renting our vacation homes for over 20 years. We have gained a lot of knowledge by staying in homes, rooms, hotels across the country. We love to travel mostly by RV and have stayed in some amazing places. We know what to look for and try to make our homes as comfortable as possible for every guest. We try to anticipate every demand and eliminate any potential issues before they happen. We pride ourselves on having as many 5 star reviews and repeat guests year after year. We look forward to having you stay with us.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

After over 2 years of searching we finally found our California Oasis in Downtown Stuart. Situated on a tree lined block in the heart of downtown Stuart you will find SW California Ave located near the Stuart Cay section of Stuart. These private homes are truly reminiscent of downtown Key West. Walk or bike to all that this town has to offer.
