If a fun and beachy condo is what you are after, don't look any further than Sea Breeze #206! Flooded with natural light and sitting in a perfect location to soak up the best of Gulf Shores, you and your guests will have no trouble making the best vacation memories. Though long days on the sand will be the main attraction, the shared pool can also assist in escaping the heat for a bit. When everyone works up an appetite, head back to home base and whip up a tasty snack or gourmet meal in the well-equipped kitchen. With breakfast bar seating, a dining area, and the spacious living area, there will be ample room to entertain. The free WiFi and TV will keep everyone busy each night before hitting the hay.

Perched right across the street from the sand and a mile from the main drag of Gulf Shores, you will have no trouble finding a plethora of ways to fill your days. When you want to head into town, go to Gulf Shores Public Beach and visit the various restaurants, shops, and cafes that make this coastal area so unique. If you are after a bit of adventure away from the sand, head over to Gulf State Park, just five miles away, for some kayaking, fishing, or hiking.

Nice place

Comfy and clean! Direct beach access across the street is marked but a little tricky to spot if you don’t know what to look for- it’s between the teal and the beige building marked with a white sign for Seabreeze owners and guests. Parking was TIGHT with a small SUV (Dodge Journey). Will definitely visit again!! Personally impressed with how clean the unit was upon arrival. It was quiet which we loved but we also stayed early March.

Quick get away

I found the directions to park very vague. The spots are randomly numbered. It should say turn at the drive before the sign to the property. The room was clean and decorated cute. My only complaint was the 7:15am lawnmower/weedeater on day 1. The garbage truck comes at 5:20am. Being a light sleeper made this disappointing. The kitchen looked furnished, but we did not use it. All in all it is a cute little getaway place. Public beach access is about a mile away.

The condo was clean and very close to the beach. The thermostat might need to be serviced since it wasn’t working correctly when we were there.

Condo was old but clean. Had some updates. Twin beds in first room were cheap and only used one because other was too unstable. Third person slept on couch. Not very comfortable but better than the bed. Upon arrival, while putting things away, was pulling out a drawer and the entire front fell to the floor. You could tell that someone tried gluing it on. That will not work. Said few steps to beach but you in fact had to drive about 1.5 miles. Hotel across street wouldn’t allow you to go thru their property to get to beach. Condo did not look like pics on internet. Deceptive.

Place was perfect for a quick getaway.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, even extended our stay another day. However, had some difficulty getting the door code access (email never came through so had to call Vacasa) and the comforters had stains on them. Other than that everything was nice. Place was smaller than the photos made them appear but closeness to beach was a plus!

Convenient access to the beach! The kitchen has anything you might need for meal prep or baking. The property needs a little maintenance/paint to improve the cosmetics, along with a deep cleaning.

Great Gulf Shores stay

Property is older, but looks like they try to keep up with it. They don't advertise as luxury resort and it is not, but it is adequate. Uncomfortable beds, squealing dryer, thin towels, sofa bed almost unusable with thin mattress. Our unit was quiet. Pool was small but great for the kids. Good access to beach.

Great access to the beach and restaurants. Not an ideal place to cook meals or wash clothes.

Short walk to the beach. The decor in the room was nice and beachy. For the price, this is a great place to lay your head if you're spending all of your time on the beach. The twin beds are extremely uncomfortable. The dryer makes a high pitched sound like an alarm going off so it's basically unusable. Pots and pans are all chipped and unusable too. The pool was nice and clean.

Great Location & Quiet

Exactly what we expected. Yes, it is an older condo and not many amenities but we normally hangout on the beach 80% of the time so that is exactly what we wanted for the price. The locations is great. It is close to most restaurants and shops. The only downfall I see is the parking is tight, but that isn’t something that can be changed. We had a great time!

Condo

This condo was nice but the dryer needs work, it made a loud sweaty noise when turned on, we could not run it while we were sleeping and the condo did not come with any amenities like other condos I have rented. So basically it was just furnished, did not feel very homey. Other condos I’ve rented had beach equipment and a lot of other things but overall it could have been a lot nicer.

Great place to stay!

We loved the stay! It was a great little place. My MIL insisted on paying for it, so her vote was most important and she loved the cuteness of the furniture and decor, but she really loved how well the place was stocked with everything needed for the stay from kitchen utensils and pans to washer and dryers. The only thing I noticed was the queen bedding had previous yellow stains on the mattress cover when I was taking off the sheets before we headed out. But over all, it was such a great little get away for a couple of days! I have stayed in Sea Breeze 3 times now including this stay and this little condo was the cutest I've stayed in! And big perks, because it was also the cheapest I could find a little over a month out!
