A spacious 2-bedroom, 2 bath plus loft condominium in the popular Meadow House complex. Conveniently located a short distance from the Village at Sunriver and Sunriver Lodge.

This condo has all the upgrades and charm to make your Sunriver experience truly exceptional. The gourmet kitchen with slab granite counter-tops, stainless appliances and gas range grill make cooking a breeze. An adjacent dining area features seating for 6 and opens up to a beautiful sun room and great outdoor living space with patio seating. Head back inside to the living area, tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings, a TV, gas stone fireplace, hardwood flooring, and board games - creating a great cozy feeling on a snow-filled winter night! Exit the living room to the back deck featuring a gas BBQ and outdoor seating for hosting summer meals. Down the hall is the laundry room, a full Jack and Jill bathroom attached to the King Ensuite bedroom, and a second King bedroom, each with a TV. On the upper level, you will find the loft-bedroom suite with a Queen bed and a private bathroom.

This unit has air conditioning! Enjoy that cool A/C air or head outside and take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house. No garage access with this home.

Not worth the money

I’ve stayed at several places in Sunriver over the years. This place was in need of maintenance. Broken air hockey table, broken bathroom door. Very uncomfortable and poorly maintained bikes, just rented some from the village instead. Staff tried to be helpful.

Great place

Our party consisted of 2 adults, an 18 yo, a15 yo, and our dog. The property was really nice. Located right on the trails and not far from the village, nature center, stables, and the pool. We had deer outside the door several times a day. The rooms And kitchen were very clean and good sized. Be sure to check out the garage. It has a ping pong table, heater, and 5 bikes. Check in and check out were really simple. When I had questions the manager was quick to provide help. Overall, a great experience and I will look to visit again.

So Much Fun

The house was in a very convenient location. Easy access from/to 97, Nature Center, Ft Rock, village. Very quiet. House was spacious, although the kitchen was small. Check-in was straightforward.

Perfect House and Spot for Small Family

We loved the house and location. Grass is harder to find in Sunriver and it was great for the kids. The house had all the amenities you will ever need and you can’t beat the price. Our favorite Sunriver stay so far.

Great location

Have stayed in many properties over the years and this was one of the best locations. Short walk to the mall and a great view of the meadow and Bachelor. The property was the perfect size for our family.

Great Meadow House

We always like the meadow houses for convenience and location as well as typically great views. While not remodeled like some others we stayed at, the property was very Well cleaned, stocked and comfortable...and everything worked well. Bennington has the check in, check out an overall property information communication down very well which makes things very easy.

Our criteria was a ground-level property in Sunriver that accepted dogs with a gas fireplace that had a good deck that had a nice territorial view, which back to other houses. It exceeded our expectations at a better price point than the many other available properties. An added bonus was the excellent condition of the quality mattress of the master bed since we both have bad backs. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Fantastic Stay

Great condo, with everything we needed and more. Loft was a great set up as we were traveling with two teens. I really don’t know if I’ll look anywhere else next time I want to book in Sunriver.

Spring Break Getaway

Three generations met for a last weekend of Spring Break fun. Since we used to live in Sunriver, we knew this condo was in an excellent location, close to shopping and ice skating in the village, the Nature Center and Observatory, and the SHARC. The unit had a nice arrangement of two large bedrooms on the main level. The one drawback was that there was a shared bathroom downstairs, but it was spacious. The large loft was a good hangout area for two teens with their own bathroom, tv, and lots of floor space. The unit does not have a hot tub/spa, but the heated sunroom had an air hockey table that was covered where we attempted a jigsaw puzzle during our stay. The unit is pet-friendly and clean with comfortable beds and living room furniture. .The dining table fit six people comfortably. The kitchen was well-equipped but you will need your own spices, condiments, coffee, etc. We would recommend this rental to family and friends.
