Welcome to Gulf Highlands Beach Resort!
Relax and unwind in this private beach townhouse after a fun filled day at the beach, the pool, or exploring all of the activities Panama City Beach/Bay County has to offer.
This home offers you the choice to prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or grilling on the back patio. Food delivery services are permitted. No travel is necessary for laundry services as the unit has its own washer and dryer. There are two reserved parking spaces in front of the unit. The unit has three smart TVs which allow guests to access to their streaming apps.
Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, boasts 11 pools (the pool within steps of the unit, is heated in the winter months). Walk to the Beach House pool, where by using your resort access code at the gated entrance to the right of the building, guests have access to a private beach entrance, outdoor showers, and restrooms. The Beach House is also home to a restaurant (sit down or take out) serving casual beach fare. Bring your sports equipment to enjoy additional resort amenities: tennis and pickle ball courts, a putt putt course, shuffleboard, and access to the exercise room. Ice and vending machines are located within the property.
Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment, just under five miles from Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. Spend some time exploring one of the local piers, parks, or nearby towns. Guests can explore St. Andrews State Park, located at the east end of Panama City Beach, featuring a pier, nature trails, beach access, and a shuttle boat tour (entry fees and additional fees may apply). Families may also enjoy local water parks, arcades, chartered fishing trips, and boat tours.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
