Welcome to Caye's Cove, a two-story townhome located inside the gated Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom vacation rental features a family-friendly layout and unbeatable access to Panama City Beach’s white-sand shores. Whether you're here for the location, community amenities, or a simple, convenient stay, this townhome makes a great base for your next beach trip.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
About the Vacation Rental Unit:
This two-story layout features all common spaces on the first floor, with both bedrooms located upstairs for added privacy. The unit includes central air conditioning, a private balcony off the master bedroom, a dedicated dining area, and a layout that works well for couples or families looking for a laid-back coastal stay.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: Located upstairs with access to a private second-floor balcony
Guest Bedroom: Also located on the second floor
Common Area Sleeping Arrangements: Sofa sleeper in the living room
Bathroom #1: Full bathroom upstairs with a combination tub/shower
Bathroom #2: Half bathroom located on the first floor
Main Living Area (first floor): Living room, dining room, and kitchen (with a laundry area located outside)
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
This unit offers an easy stay in a gated beach community with everything you need within reach. Enjoy a quick stroll to the beach access point, soak in the sunshine at one of the 11 resort pools, or play a round of mini golf at the 18-hole putt-putt course, tennis, pickleball, or shuffleboard—all complimentary for guests staying at the Gulf Highlands community. There’s even a play area for the kids!
There are putters, golf balls, tennis racquets, beach-boards, goggles and a few beach toys in the laundry room that you are welcome to use while renting this home. Please treat them with care and put them back in their appropriate location prior to departure, so our next guests may enjoy them as well.
Parking:
This Gulf Highland unit comes with 2 assigned numbered parking spots in front of the unit.
Parking passes are handed out at the security gate and are currently free. Guests can speak to the attendant when they arrive, show proof of the booking and they will give them a mirror hanger pass with the dates on it. If they arrive after hours or the security gate is not occupied, they can just ask for one when they see the guard the next day. Parking passes need to be displayed at all times. There is limited overflow parking, which can be purchased from the front gate security attendants for $10 per night.
No parking on the grass or double parking on the street. If you have an additional vehicle, there are three paid public parking lots to choose from: 1) Richard Jackson Boulevard at Ocean Towers Condominiums; 2) Churchwell Drive at Front Beach Road, or 3) Thomas Drive at Ripley’s.
Street legal carts are NOT allowed in the complex. However, just outside the pedestrian gate on Front Beach Road, there is a rental place and if you rented a cart from them for consecutive days, you could park it at their location, which is an easy walk into the complex and back to the unit.

Nestled in a serene, gated community, our resort is ideal for a family stay with all of the amenities you could want including 11 pools (5 heated seasonally and one beachside), a full-service beachfront restaurant with facilities, putt-putt, tennis courts, pickleball, shuffleboard, playgrounds and more! In addition to those amenities and the hours of entertainment in your own backyard, there is a walking path from the resort leading to the Shoppes at Edgewater with top notch restaurants and entertainment venues such as FireFly, Dee's Hangout, American Charlie's, Pink Pelican Ice Cream Bar, Rock'It Lanes bowling, Axe throwing, and Escape rooms! We are also just a mile from Shipwreck Island Water Park and less than a mile from Just Jump Trampoline Park, WonderWorks, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park and Ripley’s. Explore nearby restaurants including Bayou on the Beach and Saltwater Grill. We are just 5 miles from Pier Park, with all of its fabulous shopping, dining and entertainment!

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is an external security camera located at this vacation rental. (Ring camera located near the front door.)
Visit Bike The Beach next door to the GHBR office to peruse available rentals. This business rents and sells tennis and pickleball equipment. It also rents bikes and e-bikes, golf carts, e-scooters, and slingshots!
Trash must be placed in a garbage bag that is tied up and placed inside the silver trash bins located near the unit. No loose trash allowed.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
