Great little apartment in the heart of Juan Le Pins
I stayed in this apartment for five nights with my husband and young children (5 and 7.) overall we had a great time. The apartment is in a great location, across the road from the beach and close to everything you need in Juan Le Pins. The balcony had a great view and having a breakfast on the balcony each morning was definitely a highlight for us. Only negatives would be that it was very noisy at night, even with the double glazed doors all closed and the shutters down you could hear motorbikes revving their engines and cars beeping all night. The sofa bed in the lounge room is also really old and quite uncomfortable if sleeping on it for more than a couple of nights.
Basically on the beach; peace, promenades and parties if you want
Excellent property - right on the beach, with stunning views over the Mediterranean and the Riviera coastline. Literally minutes from public and private beaches, numerous restaurants, and Juan Les Pins' lively nightlife; although the fourth-floor location and double-glazed doors means noise is no problem. The apartment is fantastically equipped, with all you would need for cooking (I couldn't get the hobs to work but that may have been me). And so long as you can manage a lift, it's accessible too. Hosts were communicative and helpful, allowing me to leave my luggage in the room at both start and end of stay. Fully recommend.
