The house is in a prime central location only 10 minutes drive to the Beach, 5-10 minutes to the Mall and Movie Theater, 10 minutes to Indian River State College, 10 minutes to Dodgertown and 5 minutes to Central Vero Beach. There are numerous restaurants within a 5-10 min drive also.

We have a thorough Deep cleaning throughout the house involving 7-8 hour cleaning and disinfecting of all areas using a combination of highly effective commercial cleaning products that kill 99.99% of germs/bacteria throughout the house. We cover the tables, floors, sheets ,chairs, shelves, racks, upholstery, carpets, bedding, mattresses, door knobs, controllers, faucet handles, and all appliances.

We have a strict no pets policy along with a age requirement of 25 years or older to book. There are no exceptions to this policy!

The house is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house, with a private pool area and backyard which includes the following:
-King bed with memory foam mattress in master suite
-Large outdoor entertainment area: Heated Pool at 88-89 degrees temperatures year round: Gas Grill and Backyard: entire area is surrounded by a 6 foot fence for privacy
-Open Floor Plan with amazing views of pool area
- Large sectional couch in Living Room and panoramic views of the entertainment and pool area.
-Washer and dryer in the unit
-Fresh, fully stocked, clean linens, everyday toiletries, soap and shampoo
-Pots, Pans, Utensils, Oven, and everything else needed to cook meals everyday

There is enough room to sleep 8 people. 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full (bottom of Bunk Bed), 1 Twin (top of Bunk Bed), 1 Large Sectional Sofa

Once inside the house you will immediately walk into the large open floor plan including a living room, kitchen, breakfast nook and dining area. A great place to entertain, relax, and catch up with the entire group of family or friends.

Right outside the living room is access to the pool area. There are two doors that lead to this large outdoor area, one from the living room/kitchen area and one from the Master Suite. The outdoor area has enough seating for 4-6 people and multiple seating options to enjoy the sun, relax around the pool, and drink a warm cup of coffee in the private backyard pool area.

Once back in the house, you will come back to the living room area.

The living room boasts a new 55 inch TV with streaming internet, and cable TV with 100+ channels. You can watch TV while lounging on the new large and comfy sectional that can sit 6-8 people comfortably.

The house has 3 Bedrooms:
The Private Master Bedroom and Full Bath. The Master Bedroom has it's own secluded area separate from the other rooms and bathroom. The king bed is a new memory foam bed with fresh new linens! The master bathroom has a private entrance from the Master Bedroom and includes a stand up shower.

The other two bedrooms have a separate full bathroom and full bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed with a new very comfortable mattress. The 2nd guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin bed on the top, and a full size bed on bottom.

Every bedroom also has it's own closet filled with extra hangers along with extra linens, extra towels, and extra pillows.

The kitchen has all the necessities needed to cook any meal including a toaster, blender, and coffee maker.


Both bathrooms include a shower, freshly washed towels, shampoo and conditioner, soap, and spare bathroom necessities.

You will also have access to a washer and dryer in the unit. Enough Laundry detergent to get you through 5 loads will be provided .
