The house sits in a small private HOA community on a cul de sac road with very little traffic: only 13 houses in entire community. It has a very private feel to it with large amounts of palm trees, and foliage surrounding it providing for a natural barrier around the house.

The house is in a prime central location only 10-15 minutes drive to South Beach, 5-10 minutes to the Mall and Movie Theater, 5-10 minutes to Indian River State College, 5-10 minutes to Dodgertown/Baseball field and 5-10 minutes to Central Vero Beach. There are numerous restaurants within a 5-10 min drive also.

We take pride in a very clean and up to date house. Between every visit there is a Deep cleaning involving a 7-8 hour cleaning period and disinfecting all areas using a combination of highly effective commercial cleaning products that kill 99.99% of germs/bacteria throughout the house. We cover the tables, floors, sheets ,chairs, shelves, racks, upholstery, carpets, bedding, mattresses, door knobs, controllers, faucet handles, and all appliances.

We have a strict no pets policy along with a age requirement of 25 years or older to book. There are no exceptions to this policy!

You will have access to the entire 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house including access to the heated pool (heated at a pleasant 88-89 degree), large outdoor entertainment area, gas grill, beach chairs/umbrella, pack-n-play, and garage for parking. The house also includes a washer and dryer in the unit, fresh and clean linens, everyday toiletries, soap and shampoo, and everything you would need to cook a meal. There are enough beds to sleep 9 people and also the ability to sleep a 10th on the couch if needed.

Once inside the house you will immediately walk into the large open floor plan including a living room, kitchen, breakfast nook and dining area. A great place to entertain, relax, and catch up with the entire group of family or friends.

Right outside the living room is access to screened in pool area. There are multiple doors that lead to this large outdoor area. The outdoor area has enough seating for 10-12 people and multiple seating options to enjoy the sun, relax around the pool, and drink a warm cup of coffee in the private screened in area. All the furniture outside is new and there are also lights that have been added to make it a great nighttime retreat also.

Once back in the house, you will come back to the living room area.

The living room boasts a new 75 inch TV with local channels plus Netflix, Disney Plus, and Amazon Prime. You can watch TV while lounging on the new large and comfy sectional that can sit 6-8 people comfortably.

All rooms have large TVs custom mounted on the Walls and include streaming TV along with Free Live TV.

To the left of the living room sits the Private Master Bedroom and Full Bath. The Master Bedroom has it's own secluded area separate from the other rooms and bathroom which are on the other side of the house. The king bed is a new memory foam bed with fresh new linens! The master bathroom has two separate sinks apart from each other, a large tub, and a stand up shower.

On the other side of the living room are the other 3 bedrooms and full bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms with King size beds. Both also have new mattresses as of summer 2024. The 3rd bedroom is a bunk bed with a twin bed on the top, and a full size bed on bottom.

In addition to the bedrooms, there is also a "Pack-n-Play" suitable for any infants or toddlers needing a bed. And also a blow up mattress if needed during your stay.

Every bedroom also has it's own closet filled with extra hangers along with extra linens, extra towels, and extra pillows.

The kitchen has all the necessities needed to cook any meal including a toaster, blender, and coffee maker.

Both bathrooms include a shower, freshly washed towels, shampoo and conditioner, soap, and spare bathroom necessities.

You will also have access to a washer and dryer in the unit. Enough Laundry detergent to get you through 5 loads will be provided .
