Beach Home that is Pet-Friendly and Pool Equipped

This home is located five lots from a private beach access in Summerplace, an eclectic collection of homes on the north end of the barrier island off State Road A1A. It has a bohemian ambiance, where guests can let go the rigors and stresses of home. Natural tropical vegetation surrounds it, providing beauty and privacy. At night, the stars shine brightly and rhythmic waves of the ocean can be heard. Inside, the home is comfortable and cozy with a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room. Dog bed and bowls are provided. The house has no carpet.

The house and pool were very clean and wonderfully equipped. The location was great. The areas surrounding the pool need cleaning and fixing up.

Lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much at this home. The weather was a little temperamental while we stayed in Vero Beach for the week, but will still managed to have a wonderful time in large part because of this comfortable house. We look forward to visiting again!

Great beach house!

The location of this property is amazing! The beach is just a short walk away. The house was as pictured and described. The furniture was comfortable and it came with everything you could need for an enjoyable trip. The host Martin was amazing. Very quick to respond to messages before, during and after our stay. The house inside was clean and well taken care of. The patio area did need a hose down due to some dirt and leaves but could have been the result of rain and wind in the area. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a beach getaway.

Awesome Experience

This property is amazing! Martin is an excellent host - very attentive and caring about making the most of our stay. The house is in a fabulous location to the beach and is kept immaculate. Nice decorating touches truly make you feel relaxed and at home. You can tell this house is well taken care of. No problems from booking to check out. The pool is a very refreshing on the hottest of days. We stayed with our 2 dogs who made themselves right at home. I hope we get the opportunity to visit again and I would definitely recommend this home if you are looking in the Vero Beach area. A special shout out and thank you to our host, Martin.

Family gathering

This was an incredible place to stay for a couple of nights while we met with family in Vero Beach to celebrate our Aunts 100th birthday! It was clean and very well stocked! Everything we needed was there and we were able to get in some beach time with a very quick walk across the street! Thank you for everything! We really enjoyed our stay!

Family visit

Location was perfect. Short walk to beach and super close to my parents house. Plenty of space for our family of 5 and the house was stocked with everything you could need for a stay.

Great rental close to the beach

This rental is exactly as described and pictured. The pool was very nice and warm. The beach is a very short walk. The house is nice and was perfect for our family. I would definitely stay here again.

2nd Time Around

This home is located directly across the street to the ocean. During our entire stay, there were very few people on the beach .. in addition the inground pool at the house was delightful!!!!

Beautiful, comfortable place!!

We enjoyed this house so much. Beautifully decorated and so relaxing. The place was clean and everything you would need was there. There were even 2 dog bowls, a big fluffy dog bed and a doggie door in the lanai. Mark even made sure a mixer was there for our arrival. We would come back anytime!

House is in a great location, easy beach access, safe and friendly neighborhood. Martin was very accessible . Can hear traffic noise during the day but was quiet at night. Pool was clean and well taken care of. Would definitely stay again

Amazing honeymoon

My husband and I booked this place for our honeymoon. We were a little skeptical at first because he didn't have any reviews since it was a new place. Martin was super awesome though. He even went to the beach and sent us a video of the water when we booked it. We got there and the place was beautiful and so clean. So clean that my husband and I both walked into the door to go outside on two separate occasions because it looked like it was open because it was so clean lol!! There was a card for us there as well congratulating us on our marriage. He checked in with us to make sure we checked in alright. The pool was such a great thing to have because there was a hurricane that came through while we were there. Martin even offered to give us one additional night for free since that took away a couple beach days. We was such a great host and the place was amazing. The beach is just across the street so the location is excellent. My husband and I plan on coming back here!!
