À propos de cet hébergement

This lovely two bedroom/two bathroom condo is completely remodeled and located on the ocean side near Coligny Plaza. It is the perfect place to rest your tired feet and enjoy the beaches of Hilton Head Island. We are located two buildings away from the newly remodeled Tiki Hut, two blocks from the new Celebration Park and pirate ship playground, and just a few blocks to all the shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza. Our unit is located on the first floor, with a partial ocean view and private beach access. We offer a master bedroom with a brand new king size bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed and pull out trundle, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo is stocked with beach chairs, wagon, kids toys/games and more. Our resort has fewer units than neighboring resorts providing more space, smaller crowds and peace of mind. There are free trolly and golf cart rides within our immediate area, as well as bike rentals.

Great stay

Area was great, easy access to the property and beach from the property. Close to shops and food. Wagon, beach chairs, etc were provided which was great. Rooms were clean. Will stay here again!

Great owner, great stay!

The location of the property was so convenient to do most of what we do on Hilton Head. Although not directly facing the ocean, the balcony view included palm trees and the ocean some 100 yards away. Coligny was an easy walk. This recently renovated beauty had all the added touches, including 2 bikes and several beach chairs for use during our stay. The most impressive part was the responsiveness of Faith, the owner. She is likely the best VRBO owner I have encountered. Several small issues were dealt with quickly and pleasantly. She went above and beyond what was necessary to make our stay enjoyable.

Perfect Spring Break

Can’t say enough great things about this stay. You can’t get closer to the beach, merely steps away at all times. The unit was as it appeared in photos & was a great size for my family of 3. 4 would have been fine as well. We made great use of the bicycles to head to Coligny plaza for shopping & meals every day or took off to the playground for our son to play. The poolside picnic grill made for some fun lunches. Miss Faith was quick to respond to any question. Absolutely recommend & we plan on staying again as soon as we’re able to get back to HHI.

Time for a reset

We were looking for a place to give our family a nice reset from school. The place was beautiful and looked exactly like photos posted. It was well stocked with kitchen needs (containers, K-Cups, dish soap, foil, etc), there were things for both kids (coloring books, books, big legos, small toys) and even had beach gear and wagon to use! It helped us travel to the beach with our small one and our bigger one. We loved the stay and would highly recommend!

Great family vacation!

We had the best spring break in this unit. Perfectly located and it fit our family of five perfectly. The bikes and beach wagon, along with beach toys and chairs, were especially nice features. Faith was very responsive and the laundry was always empty when we wanted to throw in a load. We'd stay here again!

Perfect getaway

Loved our stay. The condo was great proximity to the beach and we walked to dinner every night. Clean and very family welcoming. There were books, toys, crayons, and games. Faith has ample beach accessories and a wagon to haul it all to the beach. She was very responsive and offered many great attractions to visit for the kids.

Faith couldn’t have been a better host. The checkin process was easy and she was available for any questions. Her place is very convenient for anyone with young kids. The walk to the beach is so easy and the place is stocked with beach accessories. It was the perfect getaway!

Beachwood property

The place was beautiful, very clean, steps from the beach, and updated. The host was great also, let me in a couple hours early from my long drive. Everything is within walking distance. I would highly recommend, and will be back next fall. Thank you Faith!

Perfect getaway

By far, the most wonderful experience I’ve had on Hilton Head. Super convenient location, with more than enough amenities. Faith is the most amazing host and she went above and beyond to keep us updated on check-in process. She was very patient with me as well when I didn’t read the full instructions😁. Sorry, Faith! I won’t hesitate to stay here again.

AMAZING!! Wonderful place + awesome for young families!

We were so blessed to be able to stay here! Faith was a great communicator and made sure everything was great throughout the trip. Everything was awesome, especially how quiet and convenient the place was! There were other young families as well who we were able to connect with. Great beach access, quiet pool area, and super convenient to Coligny. Condo was furnished and supplied really well, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Definitely will be staying here again!

The property was perfect in location. Right at the heart of all the events on Forest Beach. The condo was clean and easy to access. All the beach equipment was great as well! We can’t wait to come back next year!

Family vacation

We had a great time in Hilton Head and the location was perfect. Our children didn’t want to leave. It was a perfect walk to the beach and all the shops near by. I could take the children to the nearby park in the morning before everyone else woke up and walk to get coffee if I wanted something different. The place is nice overall however it could use some painting and updating of the bathrooms. There is no washer and dryer in the unit. However, there is one located within the complex you can pay to use. In the future we will stay in the area again but will look for something with a oceanfront view and a little bigger in size.

Perfect Family Getaway

If you like a quiet stay at the beach with a short walk to the pool and/or the beach this place is for you. Also, a short walk to Coligny Plaza where there is everything you need - restaurants, shops, etc. Loved it!

Ultimate family experience at the beach!

Thoroughly enjoyed our family time with Faith as our host at her beachside condo. The unit was very clean and well stocked with all the amenities. Very spacious floor plan perfect for a family of five with a coastal vibe. First floor location allows for quick acces to the family friendly pool and beach. Faith was the perfect host answering any and all questions in a timely manner relating to our stay and vacation experience. Great communication! We will definitely be booking our next beach vacation with Faith.

Very Nice Stay

Condo was VERY clean and well kept. Furniture was comfortable and ample. Loved having the wagon and the beach chairs were great. Daughter and friend enjoyed having the bikes (which were in great shape) to ride around the area. Location is perfect and easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend. Thank you!

My name is Faith Farella and this is the second property I have rented out in Hilton Head Island. We love the island and all that it has to offer, especially for families with small children!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love this property, because of the location near the new Lowcountry Celebration Park and Coligny Plaza. There are so many great shops and restaurants within walking distance and awesome biking/walking trails. Our property is on the ocean side and a short walk through the dunes to the beach. We completely remodeled this unit and have excellent reviews. We are happy to answer any questions you may have!
