All guests have full access to the brand new Ocean Oak Resort by Hilton's amenities! 2 heated pools, hot tub, fire-pit, game area, picnic area with outdoor grills, path to the beach, full bar, restaurant and restrooms! Awesome views of the Atlantic Ocean from the pools/hot tub. Full access to workout room, game room, you can rent movies and even has a computer area.

About The Location

If you want to be in the middle of all Hilton Head has to offer look no further. This villa is in the lovely South Forest Beach area on the south end of Hilton Head. Just park your car and leave the keys behind. You can walk, bike, or take a gollf cart ride to the islands best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Great location, amenities and condo for families

We loved our stay at Caroline Beach Club! Kids (7 & 5) loved the pool and beach access. We loved the convenience to Coligny. Bunk beds were a hit. It’s a small condo but everything is efficient. Wish there had been laundry in the unit (it’s community laundry). Will be back!

Great location

Great condo although it was a little smaller than it appeared, but it worked out just fine for us! The weather was great, the amenities were wonderful and the beach is so easy to access from the condo.

Cute place

This villa is small, as previously mentioned, but not too small. It was clean and close to the beach and the hotel pool and games. You could walk to Coligny if you wanted, but it would be a pretty long walk for most people.

Nice location

The condo was nice, small but a good size for a family of 4 not sure you could fit any more. It was clean and nicely furnished. Great location to the beach and shops. The condo however is located right next to the elevator. You hear everyone coming up and down and that started very early in the morning. If you want to sleep in or afternoon nap this isnt the place for you.

Occupied by owner when we arrived

We were unable to stay despite our reservation. When we arrived, we could not get into the unit because it was occupied by the owner and he canceled our reservation. We were forced to find another place to stay at the last minute and are very unhappy that VRBO did not insist the owner honor our reservation.

Small but cute

Even smaller than we expected, but it was cute. Unfortunately, it has a mildew smell that you will bring home with you on every item. It was clean, location and amenities wonderful but very limited utensils and kitchen supplies. Make sure you bring your own hand soap, dish soap, and salt pepper.

Overall the condo was very nice. Just a bit smaller than anticipated but still not bad. Manager was responsive to questions. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Great all-around

This is one of our favorite locations on HHI. Just close enough to everything, while still being tucked away for a calm vacation (should you desire one). Condo was super clean, and has all the perfect amenities. Great pools, great food, and steps from the beach. Very kind owner/host. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Lauren for having us at your adorable condo.

A lovely property

The villa was very pretty and in a wonderful location. The beach access is wonderful and It is close to Coligny Plaza as well as other great shopping locations. It was very clean and nicely decorated. A great size for a family of 4. The pool is awesome, my kids loved it. The bar/restaurant on site is very convenient and serves good finger food. The resort itself is very clean and staff are very friendly. My only complaint is that the only available elevator was out of service the entirety of our 5 day stay. Constantly going up and down several flights of stairs with two small children is challenging to say the least. With that said my family and I loved staying here very much and hope to get to stay again next year. So many happy memories were made while staying at this very cute villa.

Summer getaway 2023

Condo #325 at Carolina Beach cCub has a perfect setup for small familes ( 4-5) who wants to enjoy a real beach vacation by this beautiful island. Here are the main things: CLEAN bedrooms, bathrooms & kitchen, no bad odor, short walk to the beach through the Oceon Oak garage, adequate oceon side view from both the window and balcony watching the beautiful sunrise on the oceon. You will have the luxury of using the Oceonoak Hilton GV gym and ppol. Parking is convenient but be open minded to walk a lttle if the reserved spots are taken. There are very few negatives but didn't bother us, wish it has extra linen, coffee mugs and better glass cups. Overall we recommend it for the above reasons. Will come again.

Great location right on the beach with all the resort amenities. We did have to bring our own beach towels but glad we were able to ask and find out before hand. Our AC went out on Saturday night and they came over late at night to get it fixed so they were very helpful and prompt. Before hand, they answered all my questions within an hour as well. Only problem we saw was the tiles on the shower flooring the master bathroom were broken with a bathmat over it. All of the broken pieces didn’t stay under the mat while showering though. Over all great location and condo! View looks right out to the beach from family room.

Great spring break! Location is fantastic!

Booking and arrival process was very easy! It was great having access to the HGVC Ocean Oak and the location near Coligny Plaza was fantastic. Unit was exactly as appears in the pictures. Kids loved the bunk beds in their room. Both bedrooms felt larger than the pictures portrayed and the unit never felt small or cramped for us. As previous review mentioned, just the slightest hint of a cigarette smoke smell upon entering but never lingered or bothered us (and I am super sensitive to odors). Unit is on 3rd floor and elevators were out several times during our trip (nothing the owners can do about that) but should mention in case anyone with mobility issues is looking to rent. Other than that, nothing but positives to say about our experience and stay. We would definitely recommend and return!

super cute and adorable condo in an awesome location with beautiful grounds and pools

This property was super cute and comfortable. I have only two complaints. There was just one VERY lightweight (albeit very soft and fluffy) comforter for each bed with no extra blankets. This was not nearly enough. The owner needs to provide one extra of these comforters for each bed. Everyone agreed the bedding was entirely infufficeint. Also the property advertises a washer and dryer which we could not locate. It might possibly have been behind a door we could not access using the exterior door code.

Overall, very nice. The amenities of the beach club & beach access were a major plus.

The villa is quite small with little amenities inside of the villa. At that price point, it was disappointing to not have laundry inside of the villa itself. It says it sleeps 6 but we found the space very tight for 4 average-build adults and 1 average-build 14 year old. I imagine that it would be good for a family with children. The space was recently remodeled so it was very nice regardless. The good news is that you won’t spend much time indoors with the beach club amenities and easy beach access. The location to Coligny and Sea Pines is also another bonus. Once we were approved on VRBO, the owner or property manager never responded to an questions after that. We had to call the property manager while there because we could not find the laundry room.

Not much for the money.

We have stayed in Hilton Head for over 20 years and this unit was a disappointment for the price. Floor was still covered in sand when we arrived and there were no basic cleaning supplies in the unit (broom, mop, sweeper etc.) Bathroom shower floor tile were lose and in pieces. They had been covered with a rubber matt. You had to be careful not to cut your feet. Pool and beach are excellent. Cabana food was the only food on property and very average with a very limited menu. To suggests this unit can accommodate 6 people is not true. Six people could not fit in the living area and there is only seating for 4. Very small and over sold unit. Won't stay here again. You can get so much more for the money.
