Perfect for families, A107 is located in the tower at Pinnacle Port - a private, gated property with 24 hour security which sits between the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Powell, the largest coastal dune lake in Florida. We are a quiet and serene community, but just a five minute drive to the hustle and bustle of scenic 30A/Rosemary Beach to our west or a 15 minute drive to Pier Park to our east. Publix is a convenient 5 minute drive away - perfect for quick trips to the store.

This unique condo offers views of the Gulf from the kitchen/dining/living areas and upstairs bedroom, as well as a stunning view of Lake Powell from the upstairs master bedroom. Fully renovated recently, including new kitchen, bathrooms, wood and tile floors throughout, as well as new beds and furnishings, our condo is located on the first floor at the end of the southwest wing of the tower - just a flight of stairs or quick elevator ride down to the beautifully maintained grounds. The uncrowded, white sands and clear, emerald waters of the Gulf are just steps away.

Amenities at Pinnacle Port include two pools (one outdoor and one heated, indoor/outdoor), four lighted, newly resurfaced tennis courts, a basketball court, shuffleboard courts, a playground, outdoor grills and sauna. A workout room is also available to long term guests (per resort policy). Kayak, canoe, and paddle board rentals are available, and there is a boat slip and pier available for fishing. The adjacent streets of Carillon are great for family bike rides, and the pedestrian-style village of Carillon offers several shopping and dining options, including a general store and bike rentals.
