A fine place to stay

Aside from a lingering sour smell the condo is as advertised. Pinnacle Port is in need of some upgrades, however it did not prevent us from having a great vacation.

Great Low Key Stay

The property was exactly as described and was perfect for what we were looking for. The location was great as it was away from the crowds of both PCB and 30A. The beach wasn’t crowded and there was ample space for everyone. The pool served as a nice break from the sun with kids. I would certainly stay here again!

Great location and views.

This location is perfect because you are between the fun and shopping of Pier Point and the great restaurants and charm of 30A. Great views from most rooms and the balconies. Of course their beach is amazing, but there are also two pools (one heated). Comfortable and clean and I can't wait to go back!

Lovely Condo with beautiful gulf views!

We had a great stay at Pinnacle Port in Tony's place! Everything was as pictured and described, check in was easy, and the furnishings were lovely. The host was very accommodating and the location right on the gulf was beautiful. This was our first time to the Florida Panhandle - we'll definitely be back!

Perfect for families looking for amazing beach!

We absolutely loved staying in the condo! It was clean and comfortable, and Tony was super easy to work with. The unit has an AMAZING view and many touches for families, with books and games on hand. Pinnacle Port is a gem, located right next to a state park and on Lake Powell. Can't wait to visit again!

Clean and fantastic condo!

Our family had an awesome stay at this beautiful and clean condo. We really enjoyed the up to date finishes and hearing the waves at night. Parking is right next to the beach so no long walk to the car with beach gear. Host always responded within minutes to any questions we had. We are a family of four and would highly recommend this condo to anyone considering it.

The condo is super clean, bedding and towels are so fresh:) beautiful views from the condo! Communication with host was very timely and professional. Everything worked and we had a lovely family vacation! Definitely recommend staying here!

Had everything you needed

We had a very nice time at this condo, it was a good location, clean and well equipped. However, we had some family staying in a nearby unit and they had a huge roach in the kitchen.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Very nice condo, clean and well stocked. Wonderful views of the sunrise and sunset. The A/C worked great but if you like to sleep with a fan make sure to pack one, there are not fans in the bedrooms. Tony was helpful and very responsive during our entire stay. We'll definitely be back! Thanks for hosting us!!

Nice place

The unit is nice. The overall building is old and smaller than others we have stayed. Beach is as close as you can get. Tennis and pickleball were nice to have on site.

Perfect Location!

This was great place to stay for all ages! Unit was comfortable and owner was very easy to work with. We love the beachfront view and easy access to the beach. We also enjoyed the dock on the lakeside. Be sure to take a beach walk to St Helen State Park and the inlet. Our teenage grandsons loved catching huge crabs! We are looking forward to our next visit.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Pursuing our dream of having a beach home, we purchased a condo in Pinnacle Port in west Panama City Beach, FL in January of 2018. We love our condo’s location - breathtaking views from every window and balcony of the beach, extremely close to all of the wonderful 30A restaurants, close enough to Panama City Beach for the convenient amenities but far enough to avoid the over crowded beaches, the security of a gated entrance to the resort, the many amenities available at Pinnacle Port, and the beautiful white beach just outside of the building’s back door!
