Best of both worlds...close to Downtown Gatlinburg but privacy too! Beautiful cabin only a quick walk to downtown Gatlinburg or the Trolley stop. This is a one bedroom and one bathroom cabin with a full-size sofa sleeper in the living room. This cabin backs up to a creek and with lots of tree's so privacy is never an issue. Enjoy our new hot tub that seats up to 4 guests. Within walking distance to local restaurants so no need to fight or pay for a parking spot. Internet with smart TV's is provided to stream your favorite shows. We provide a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, 3 dishwasher tabs and hand and dish soaps. We do not supply coffee, salt & pepper, or any condiments. PLEASE NOTE *PETS NOT ALLOWED*... subject to fine and must vacate immediately. All emails received after 4pm will be responded to the following day.

We are very pleased to report that this by far is the best vrbo we have stayed at we will be back. We love the location, the updated unit and the fact that it looked as if we where the first to stay in it. Hats off to the staff. 2 things i would suggest is triming back the brush on back deck as it made for clearing Spyder webs daily and second place a piece plywood on bottom of deck to block up flow air from a/c / heating unit as it cools you down very quickly after the hot tub that would make it a perfect 10 so far now it is a 9.8 lol it is a 12 in our minds.

Living room furniture very uncomfortable, house keeping could have done better job before our arrival, everything stuck to kitchen table even after i tried to clean it.on the high note the bed was comfortable. Trolley was convenient

Decent Location, But Ants and Poor Communication Were a Downside

We stayed over the 4th of July weekend, arriving Thursday, July 3rd. Check-in wasn’t until 4pm, and once we got everything unpacked, I discovered ants all over the kitchen. I immediately called the office (which was supposed to be open until 5pm), left a voicemail, and also texted the number I’d been communicating with earlier — but never heard anything back that day. I understand they were closed on the 4th, but even on Saturday, when they were open again, I still never received a return call or message, which was disappointing.The cabin itself was decently clean but outdated and nothing particularly special. It was walkable to downtown Gatlinburg, which was a plus, but the walk took you through a pretty sketchy area that didn’t feel very safe, especially after dark. There also wasn’t much of a front porch view. You’re mostly looking at a parking area, some streets, and an abandoned building foundation across the way. On the positive side, it was convenient to a trolley stop, and the hot tub on the back porch was private and a nice way to relax in the evenings. Overall, this place had some perks, but the lack of communication and the ant problem definitely impacted our stay.

The cabin was clean and the porches were lovely. The hot tub was well kept and was a benefit after a long day of exploring the park. The company was very responsive and helpful through the stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Stay was great

We stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary. Very short distance to the strip. The hot tub was great. The room was very clean. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Prime Location - Nice Cabin

Perfect location for our purposes. We were close enough to the Parkway that we could walk anywhere we desired. There is a trolley stop right by the driveway; we never got the timing down but would be convenient for people who didn't want to walk half a mile uphill. Driving to the National Park for hikes was also very convenient as you can take the back road and avoid Parkway traffic (and pedestrians!). The cabin was clean and well stocked with all essential appliances and general tools - bring your own toiletries and condiments. Hot tub was lovely and on an enclosed back porch. While you could see people if you tried it never felt public. There is a stream running behind the cabin that flows strongly and the rushing water sounds drown out most anything. Good water pressure in the shower and plenty of towels provided! Bed was comfortable. Easy check in/check out.

Best ever!

This is the first place I have rented off of Vrbo and everything worked as it should! Been to many other places where the fire place didn’t work and the hot tub was out. This was a very nice place to stay 10/10 best ever!

Great weekend getaway!

Stayed for a kid-free long weekend with my husband. We enjoyed the convenient location, great amenities and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Slight issue when we arrived with the check in code but the office responded immediately and resolved quickly. We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay!
