The Space:
Step into your one-bedroom haven on Princess Wharf in the heart of Auckland CBD! Unbeatable in location, you'll have city amenities at your doorstep and Viaduct Harbour just a leisurely stroll away. The proximity to the Hilton Hotel adds a touch of luxury to your stay, making this apartment an ideal urban retreat.
We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

The primary space of the apartment features a well-equipped kitchen complete with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The living area is furnished with a sofa, TV, and a fold-down single bed, providing accommodation for a third guest. Additionally, step out onto the charming balcony for a delightful morning coffee with a view of the water.
The bedroom is furnished with an exceptionally cozy king-size bed. and a Queen size sofa bed. Additionally, you'll find a discreetly placed washing machine and dryer within the bathroom.
Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with ID provided for guests over 18 years of age. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions

Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Other things to note
Monthly Stays: We have a 18% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more. We can also accommodate long-term stays at our apartments so please send us a message to enquire about this.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 2pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the apartment but we can recommend The Luggage Hotel on Princes Wharf (which is where you will pick your keys up from anyway).
Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Stays longer than 21 days will be required to have a mid-stay clean at your expense. Please just send us a message if you need extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with the cleaning company we use.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (2x shampoo, 2x bodywash, 4x tea/coffee, 2x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
This is a professionally managed apartment so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.
**IMPORTANT: Free parking for this accommodation would no longer be available from August 27, 2024
Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking and we have a strict NO PARTY, NO NOISE policy. Violators will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the House Rules. Evidence of smoking, partying and/or reports of excessive noise from security as a result of complaints from neighbors will be cause for cancellation of your reservation, cessation of your stay without refund and incur additional charges of up to $1000. Plus, a fine of $500 to $1000 will be strictly implemented for any noise complaints.
Security will be informed if there are problems inside or outside the apartment. Please be respectful and treat this apartment and its neighbors as your own.
