Welcome to Grande Paradiso, an exquisite estate nestled in the picturesque Upper Montecito area of Santa Barbara. As you arrive, you'll be blown away by luscious grounds and the magnificent pool and spa. This incredible property is not only surrounded with greenery but also offers striking views of the Santa Ynez mountains. With ample outdoor seating, the space is ideal for relaxing under the California sun and enjoying a refreshing swim.
Inside the Main House, you'll be pleased to see oversized windows in the living areas, allowing the home to be flooded with natural light and bringing in the glorious mountain views. Curl up with a good book by the fireplace in the living room, or watch your favorite film in the media room while being accompanied by the breathtaking views. The dining space is elevated above the living space, giving you a full view of the gorgeous grounds and the mountains. The oversized kitchen, with a kitchen island and breakfast bar, is the perfect place to cook a meal while admiring the gardens. The home offers a large primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath, two guest bedrooms with queen beds and an office space.
The Casita, is exceptionally designed and is surrounded by arched French doors creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere that weaves together the interior and exterior living areas. The gourmet kitchen is beautifully designed and a dream to prepare a meal in. The vaulted ceilings enhances the open and airy ambiance and the fireplace gives the casita a wam and cozy feeling. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and ensuite full bath. There is a half bath at the opposite end of the casita.
