True to its name, this peaceful paradise is located in Montecito’s desirable Eucalyptus Hill neighborhood. Positioned in the foothills and surrounded by lush gardens you’ll feel a world away, but will only be a short drive from downtown Santa Barbara and Montecito’s Coast Village Road.
Drive across a private bridge and be transported to nearly an acre of picturesque grounds surrounding this 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Mediterranean Estate. Large bay windows showcase the expansive ocean and island views while the vaulted ceilings, airy open concept, and impeccable decor elevate the home to another level. Move outside and enjoy the crisp air amid palm trees and bougainvillea. A full outdoor dining space and three fire pits in separate seating areas make it an ideal space relishing the solitude.
