By day relax in the the warm sun, white sand and warm blue waters of Chadwick Beach and by sunset enjoy drinks on our roof top deck lounge overlooking ocean views. Our beautiful home features lots of natural light in every room. Our relaxing beach treasure is located 1/2 a block from the ocean and over looks the Chadwick mini-golf course. We're in walking distance to the bay, parks, restaurants, shops, Wawa and more! Enjoy a short drive to the Seaside Heights and Point Pleasant boardwalks and antiquing in Bay Head and Point Pleasant.

Our 5 Star Energy home is a modern high ceiling open floor plan.

The roomy kitchen/dining area features white quartz counters, white cabinets, new stainless steel appliances, island seating for 4, a dining table for 6 and an adjacent outdoor deck with an additional umbrella covered dining table and seating for 6 with lounge chairs for a fabulous indoor/outdoor flow. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes and cutlery.

The living room comfortable seats a group and includes one flat screen television with cable television. Our home includes wifi. The main level also includes a beautifully designed large bathroom with over-sized natural light filled walk-in shower adjacent to the first floor bedroom which hosts one comfy double bed.

The open wrap around windowed wood stairs lead to our beautifully designed second floor master bedroom suite with large closet and full bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms perfect for children, another full bathroom and full size washer and dryer.

Continue up the windowed staircase to our glass encased roof deck lounge with it's expansive views which include ocean and bay views perfect for watching the sun rise and set over Chadwick Beach! The adjacent 3rd floor room includes a comfy queen bed.

- Weekly beach badges can be purchased from the Chadwick Beach Association at the tent on the beach.
- Lease attached to listing. This is a strictly NO PET home. Absolutely NO exceptions. Owner and family members are unfortunately asthmatic and allergic to all pets :( Thank you for renting elsewhere if you want to bring a fury friend to the beach. Also Chadwick Beach does not allow rentals to guests with pets. Thank you for adhering to this request.
- We supply pillows. Guests must bring their own linens, towels and blankets or contact coastallinen.com 732-830-8228 or islandlinens.com 732-929-9117 for rentals.
-We do not supply beach badges. They can be purchased daily or by the week. Beach badges are required through Labor Day.

The lower closet has beach chairs and umbrellas available. Tennis and basketball courts are across the street along with a jungle gym and shuffle board. Wawa is on the corner - grab a coffee, sandwich or snack on your way to the beach!

Parking for 2 regular sized vehicles and 2 smaller vehicles.

- Our home overlooks the Chadwick mini-golf course - 14th hole to be exact. This is a fun active yet relaxing location across from the park and Wawa with just a short walk to the beach.

Fantastic long weekend stay!

Great location, easy to access the beach, and clean home to spend a long weekend at the shore! The spaces in the home worked our really well for our two families with 3 kids under 3. Only recommendation on what could have made it better were some curtains in the bedrooms. Excellent experience, would return!

Amazing House for Holiday Weekend!

My friends and I had a great time at this beach house during Memorial Day Weekend. Convenient location to the beach and Wawa! Would love to come back and stay here. Claudine was great!!

Great Location, Great Place

3 stories, rooms are a good size, everything is brand new. Beautiful balcony on the top floor. Air conditioning works well. Landlord provides plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use. Beach is one block away, wawa is right across the street. For the price you really can't get much better than this.

Impeccable newer home

Impeccably clean, well maintained, well appointed new home in Chadwick beach. Spacious and comfortable. Location is perfect , close to the beach , stores and entertainment. Hostess was gracious , communicative and responsive. Would definitely stay there again !

Great stay at the Jersey Shore

The house is a one block walk to the beach...PERFECT for small children. There were 6 adults and 5 children (all under 8). The house is beautiful inside...new kitchen, hardwood floors, AC, bathrooms...and there is a great view from the third floor deck. There is a bakery and several restaurants within walking distance,. There is a fun mini golf course across the street. The beach is very pretty and not overly crowded. We cooked all our own meals...the house was well stocked with plates and silverware and pots and pans. I could go on and on about the house...the pictures are an accurate description of the house...but the best part about our stay was the landlord Claudine...she was very responsive, texted or called within an hour, was very gracious about a few things that we damaged...kids can do that...and she was very understanding. If you have toddlers or crawlers you might want to bring a baby gate as there are several stairs. If you are looking for a beautiful new home, well appointed and accessible to the beach, restaurants and shopping...this is the place. We had a GREAT time

Escape to the Beach

Claudine was wonderful to deal with renting this property. She is completely accessible with any questions. The house was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. The location was a short walk to the beach and drive to eateries, etc. We had a great time.

Great house as advertised. Clean and spacious. Beautiful view of ocean and bay from 3rd floor deck. Short walk to beach, bay and restaurants/food. More onsite parking than most shore houses. Owner was extremely responsive and very nice to communicate with prior to and during our stay. Highly recommended!

Fun week at the beach!

Our family had a wonderful time in Chadwick beach! The location was perfect for our family, we could walk to the beach, the bay, and of course many rounds of mini-golf! Was conveniently located near local markets as well. The house was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Having bedrooms on 3 floors allowed everyone (kids/adults) to spread out, while the living area was a perfect size to gather with friends and family. We enjoyed many mornings and evenings on the 2 decks watching kids play mini golf and watching the sunset. The owner was extremely responsive before we arrived and quickly helped us resolve a minor cable tv issue on the first day. Hope to be back again next summer!

Chadwick beach

Lovely decorated beach house with short walk to the beach. Property manager/owner very responsive. Beach area is desirable, esp for families. Mini golf right across the street. Wawa next street over for emergent needs. Friendly neighborhood. The house has two decks, one rooftop with a couch for sunrises and sunsets, one for outdoor dining With a table and seating. 5 bedrooms, albeit on the small side, we still had plenty of room esp since most of our time was spent on the beach. There was no outdoor shower which was challenging with children as there was no outdoor hose either , only a faucet/spout for rinsing. There was also no vacuum which made keeping up with sand difficult (esp given the lack of outdoor shower). Owner provides beach chairs if needed, we had our own. The owner also kindly provides blackout shades and white noise machines for a restful sleep. The AC is set to a max 10 degrees below outdoor temp, thus the few heat wave days we had were Similarly hot inside, but from what the manager and locals report this is the new restriction for all energy star homes in this region. We are a family that cooks a lot, less outdoor eating esp during covid and the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall a great stay.

The views from the roof deck are breathtaking. My home is modern and beautiful. The open floor plans leads out to a great deck. The beds are all comfortable...and the house is very functional. My home is surrounded by action and at the same time it is quiet, relaxing and serene :) It's a lot of fun to overlook a mini-golf course. You can't help but to smile and you're surrounded by friendly neighbors! A great house for kids!
