Cet appartement de 45 mètres carrés environ est un 2 pièces qui se trouve rue de la Huchette ,5ème arrondissement de Paris, à quelques pas de Notre Dame.
La rue de la Huchette est piétonnière, et connue pour ses nombreux restaurants et bars. Il comprend 1 salon/salle à manger, 1 chambre, 1 cuisine toute équipée et 1 salle de bain.
Les prestations sont de qualité, la décoration est soignée, il offre tout le confort moderne et peut accueillir 4 personnes. L'appartement est situé au 2ème étage avec ascenseur à partir du 1er étage, merci de noter qu'il y a un étage à monter à pied. L
Nous proposons plusieurs appartements à cette même adresse.

Beaucoup de restaurants très connus sont sont juste à proximité de l'appartement et de nombreux commerces : boulangerie, boucherie, supermarché, théâtre, restaurants, cafés, pharmacies...

Veuillez noter que la rue Huchette est une rue piétonne et animée, bien connue pour ses nombreux restaurants et bars prisés des touristes. Elle est bruyante notamment le vendredi et samedi soir.

Cozy apartment in Latin Quarter

The apartment was as described. Cozy and easily accessible by public transportation. On a small, vibrant street close to major landmarks. Would definitely rent here again!

Fantastic location, especially for the price. Clean, and fully furnished with decent furniture. Just be aware that the street below has many bars that stay open late, so you will hear noise from revelers out past midnight most nights. And no air conditioning, so in the summer it can be tricky to let the cool air in through the windows without letting in the noise and some bugs. But overall, would recommend this location— we had easy walks to so many major sights, plus only a block from several Metro lines, including the direct train to the airports!

It is indeed a great location, in a vibrant and charming neighborhood in the heart of the city and close to several means of transportation allowing an easy travel through the city. The rue de la Huchette is a busy pedestrian touristic street that can get noisy on Friday and Saturday nights, as indicated in the listing, but thanks to the double-glazed windows it shouldn’t be a problem. During the heatwaves, I understand it can get difficult to choose whether to keep the windows opened or closed, so be reassured that if you ask, we can bring you additional fans for cool air. I’m sure you enjoyed discovering the Latin Quarter and visiting the Jardin des Tuileries, or the Île de la Cité with the Cathédrale Notre-Dame within a minute walk from the apartment ;) We’ll be happy to host you again soon! Location, Location, Location!

What a perfect location! One block from Metro. Three blocks to Notre Dame. Smack dab in the middle of dozens and dozens of sidewalk cafés and restaurants. The apartment itself was very quaint and comfortable and very adequate. We look forward to staying there again.

A great apartment in Paris! Notre Dame at your doorstep, a well-stocked boulangerie just around the corner, surrounded by lively street scenes, and a plethora of food choices left and right. Very comfortable king bed. Safe and secure residence. Metro and bus lines all nearby.Downsides: one flight of stairs required to get to a 1-person elevator. Fri and Sat nites can bring loud street noise in the wee hours of the morning. Washing machine needs clear instructions on how to use. Furniture worn, but usable. No view at all, from any window.We chose this unit for its location, and we’re very satisfied with this choice. Bottom line: definitely a good place to stay

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, though I was surprised by the lack of utensils, dish towels, and basic supplies (coffee, tea) in the kitchen. Easily fixed:)

At the end of each stay, we provide the guests a “welcoming kit” with a kitchen sponge, 1 small shampoo soap, a roll of toilet paper, 2 garbage bags, towels and bath mat for the bathroom, and you’ll have no problem finding everything you need thanks to the variety of shops you can find near the apartment. I spent a week in the apartment and found out Napoleon, in his early days, lived in this area. And, at the end of the street, both the Resistance and the Revolution built barricades. The street is noisy all night long so bring ear plugs. Other than that it was awesome

The apt was well located, but not for seniors, Too many stairs to the first floor, and extremely noisy. The street below was very very noisy all night long with young people waiting to get into the bars/night clubs below. It was hard to sleep with the windows open, as the weather was hot. Difficult to understand even with directions...the stove, TV and coffee maker.

Great location, would stay again

This apartment is located two blocks from the subway that goes to the airport. It was conveniently located to Notre Dame, the entire left bank and the Marais. It was a little loud on the weekend, but we live in a city, so we were not bothered. There is an elevator from the 1st to 2nd floor, but you do need to be able to climb at least 1 flight of stairs. The managing company was pretty responsive when we contacted them for a leak under the sink. Everything was provided and the equipment we used worked well. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location, spacious but dark apartment

The apartment is situated in an inner courtyard. There is minimal natural light and no views -- not a huge issue for us as we were out and about all day. It's comfortable but not in the least fancy. Actually, it's a little run down. The plumbing was excellent -- which was a big plus for us. The location is smack dab on a very touristy street, but that didn't bother us (not much noise gets into the apartment which is at the back of the building). More important, the location is around the corner from Notre Dame, in the heart of the city. Metro stop around the corner (one train from CDG airport). Communication was fair, not great. It started out badly because I had to write them repeatedly to get the check-in instructions, which they said they had sent, but they had not. After that it was ok.

A central place in the fringe of the Latin Quarter

The apartment is in vivacious street, full of hustle, bustle and people, with many eateries. Notre-Dame is nearby. A small lovely garden across the street. Go up Blvd Saint-Michel and get lost in the small streets or in the big Parc du Luxembourg. A quarter an hour on foot will take you to the Louvre. There are buses and metros galore. If you are staying for more than a couple of days and like to have food at home, go to Place Maubert. There is an open air market 3 times a week. There are also stores for fish, cheese and fruit & vegs. A small, but well-stocked supermarket is in rue de la Harpe corner of Blvd Saint-Germain. The apartment has 2 rooms and is fine for a couple. If you have a heavy suitcase, know that when entering form the street you will have to climb one flight, after which there is an elevator. The place is well heated which is great in the winter when we were there. A good place to be in Paris.

Cozy & Convenient

All in all we loved your property. We loved the location and the noise did NOT bother us even though the rugby games were in full swing and so was our neighborhood! Our complaints were few and we just didn’t wish to be nit picky about calling. So although the sheets and pillowcases were clean the sleeping pillows definitely needed to be replaced. We were not sure about the overall cleanliness because we found a few items under the bed suggesting that it wasn’t swept and we had no toilet paper to start off with. We also did not understand why we were required to clean before we checked out. In all the times we have used VRBO’s, cleaning was part of the payment. We did however do what they suggested because we felt that we might be charged extra if we did not. But when you have luggage to check internationally and Ubers etc. it is difficult to factor in the extra labor that they required. But I still give them 4 stars because it was a sweet place, homey and right in the middle of anywhere you would ever want to be. I loved that! Also the one time we needed to talk to them they were very helpful. Don’t judge them by my review I just hope this will remind them to get new pillows. JB. AL.

La localisation à proximité des musées, salles de spectacles et quartier me plaisait beaucoup. L'appartement en lui-même m'a beaucoup déçu, vieux, sombre, très bruyant la nuit et surtout d'une propreté très superficielle. Je tiens à remercier un voisin qui a monté ma valise dans l'escalier pentu qui m'attendait à l'entrée. (Cet escalier était décrit dans l'annonce)

Bonjour Nicole Lussier, Merci pour votre commentaire. Nous sommes ravis que la localisation de l’appartement ait été conforme à vos attentes. Il est en effet situé en plein cœur de Paris, ce qui facilite les déplacements et les accès aux différents commerces. En revanche, nous ne comprenons pas votre commentaire sur l’appartement. Ce dernier est systématiquement nettoyé après chaque départ par notre équipe de ménage professionnelle. Depuis votre commentaire, l’appartement a été entièrement repeint fin novembre. Comme indiqué dans l’annonce, l’appartement est situé dans une rue piétonne qui peut être animée surtout les vendredis et samedis soirs mais grâce aux fenêtres à double-vitrage le bruit n’est pas perceptible. Nous sommes certains que vous avez pris le temps de visiter Paris !

Un séjour de 10 jours au cœur du quartier Latin, se déplacer à partir du logement pour visiter tout les attractions de Paris étais d’une grande facilité pour tous; a deux pas du Notre Dame, du Louvre, du musée Cluny etc. Nous étions 3 adultes et un adolescent. L’hôte est très disponible et attentionné, la propreté du logement est sans reproche, et très confortable. Malgré la rue agréablement achalandée, l’appartement était tranquille. J’y retournerais volontiers. À bientôt Diane j’espère:)

C’est en effet un très bel emplacement, situé entre le Quartier Latin et le cœur historique de la ville. Je suis certain(e) que vous en avez profité pour visiter le Jardin des Tuileries, les différents musées, et bien sûr le Quartier Latin ;) L’appartement est situé dans une rue piétonne animée, un petit peu bruyante les Vendredi et Samedi soir, mais il est vrai que ça ne pose aucun souci grâce aux fenêtres double-vitrage. Der kunne forventes megen støj, det var ikke tilfældet i december. Lejligheden relativt mørk, velplaceret, og har et rigtigt køkken så man selv kan lave sine måltider om det er et ønske.

fantastic apartment

The apartment was all that it was advertised and then some. Great location for foodies and music lovers with restaurants off every ethnic choice (try Rosie's accross the street and ask for Gareth-best bartender in Paris). For those who choose to cook at home, the kitchen was well set up to handle a wide choice of meals. Very comfortable bed in a fair sized bedroom and a really nice shower room. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. It does get a bit noisy at nights, but hey, it is Paris !! My wife and I stayed there for 3 months and hope to return again soon. Ron and Pam H

Beste Ausgangslage für Paris-Besuch

Sehr zentral, vieles fußläufig erreichbar, Metro-Station fast vor der Haustür, Freitag- und Samstagabend ggf etwas laut, aber man fährt ja nicht wegen der Ruhe nach Paris. Wohnung sehr sauber und gemütlich. Selbstversorgung unproblematisch möglich.
