Ocean Reef 107 is a beachside one-bedroom, one-bath unit in the heart of Gulf Shores. Walking distance to the Hangout!

• The private balcony with an egg swing chair can be accessed from the living room

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything that you could need in your home away from home, with a Keurig coffee maker. The dining table seats four.

• The living area has a sofa sleeper with an upgraded mattress

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The coin-operated laundry is located on the southeast side of the pool

• Maximum of two cars allowed, $40/each, cash only. Paid on-site.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Great location!

My son and I stayed for spring break and we really enjoyed the location! Just a walk across the parking to the beach and close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. We have stayed multiple times in Gulf Shores and this was our favorite location wise!

Great spot

Loved the condo. Was very clean. Washer and dryer worked great. Plenty of towels to go around. Fridge worked perfectly. Will stay here again when visiting gulf shores. Owners very nice and responded in a tinely manner.

Girls Trip

We had a good time on our trip. Accommodations were nice! Great pool area. Only issue I had was in the pictures it showed a boardwalk over most of the dunes to the beach. And that wasn’t the case. I have a handicapped daughter and it was kind of a hard, long walk for her. Other than that, everything else was great!

Wonderful Place

We rented this place as a last minute get away. It was the perfect get away for us. The Condo is so well maintained and not to mention we did not have one thing that was missing for our stay. The pool location and set up is so relaxing. The beach is just behind the Condo Complex and has 2 private walk ways. We took evening strolls on the beach and it was just beautiful. I think the best thing is that it is so close to the shopping center and The Hangout, but its still quiet when you are ready for down time. I met other renters there as well and everyone was so kind. The bed is super comfy and is a king size which is a major plus for me. The sofa sleeper is queen size and we had no complaints from the kids on this. We will return on our next vacation. If you want to be close to everything and stay out of the congestion side then this is a perfect place. I think the new owners are doing a wonderful job with maintaining what is needed for the best stay.
